Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all statutory and management accounts are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

• This includes budgets, forecasting, and preparation of statutory accounts, monthly management reports, and profit centre analysis.

• Balance Sheet management including asset utilization management and working capital management in stock control and debtors management.

• Contribution to effective management control of the business by establishing and maintaining appropriate information and reporting systems.

• Ensure appropriate accounting standards and accurate product costings are maintained through constant review of operations.

• Actively management of the business cash flow.

• Establishment and implementation of accounting software and IT systems, including continued management and maintenance activities.

• Support the profitable growth of the company by active participation in quality improvement processes, including the implementation and support of the ISO9001 Quality System.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications, min Degree level.

• Minimum 5 years Finance management/leadership experience.

• Fluent in English

• Sound administration, organization and computer literacy skills.

• An interest in developing & implementing organization development and culture change programs.

• A strong ability to relate to all levels from shop floor to senior management.

• Sound interpersonal, influence, communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to set an objective, develop a plan and diligently implement.

• Previous experience in company establishment would be preferred.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage current key account to deliver world class customer services & drive volume sales.
• Acquire new accounts in order to increase volume and product availabilities.
• Build relationship with both internal & external customers to maximize productivities & speed to market.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree is required
• 5-7 years of selling experience, preferably in multinational FMCG with at least 2 year experience in KA - off premise
• Good selling and negotiation skill
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skill
• Fluent in English (both speaking & writing)
• Confident in communication with foreigner
• Strong in power point presentation skill

Responsibility :

• Be responsible for identifying, pursuing and assisting in securing specific projects / commercial opportunities as agreed with the Head of Business Development. 
• Work closely with the Top Management team to determine pricing, negotiate terms, determining team size etc.
• Develop and acquire new clients, strategic relationships with parties as well as leverage on the existing client relationships of group and its subsidiaries in Vietnam that can lead to ongoing business opportunities
• Manage and deliver on business objectives through profitable Business Development by meeting the set targets from the organization.
• Manage and deliver on business objectives through profitable Business Development, Project Execution, Human Resources and General Affairs of the projects
• Ensure timely delivery of quality products to customers within budgets through effective project management
• Market intelligence / business leads and drive entry strategies to targeted markets by defining scope, strategy and methodology for success.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and seek to establish new strategic alliances or joint ventures.
• Recruit, develop and build a team for the long term growth of the company.
• To contribute to tender kick-off meetings and participate in rate review discussions. When required to prepare tender submissions.
• Participate in the appropriate weekly conference calls and contribute input to the monthly Business Development and Commercial Report
• Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly schedule, financial and management and client contact reports of the project toward the Management guidelines
• Periodically review the above procedures to ensure their effectiveness and where required, to propose amendments and ensure their implementation.
• Liaise with the Commercial Department and other departmental managers as appropriate in the formation of Group business development plans and participate in their implementation, as required.
• Maintain regular client contact against an agreed marketing plan to acquire the information necessary to identify new opportunities/countries and formulate the company’s commercial strategy for specific projects/clients.

Requirements :

• University  in Civil Engineer, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or Petroleum (Oil & Gas Engineer), Chemical Engineer, Automation engineer or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in relevant position in Oil and Gas, Chemical Automation industries or related field.

TEAM LEADER

• Have the general overview of the technician’s work performance and their possible need of education.
• Make sure the whole team is working with the same tools and methods.
• Supervise communication with BO and supplier.
• Be a good role model /a leader and work on building the team to a top performing team.
• Support technicians to be proactive and to search &create new ideas to solve problems and share them with the rest of the group.
• Work close with Senior Merch and Senior QC to ensure best final product.
• Coordinate the team’s holidays, traveling and education.
• Check and follow up the workload of the technicians.
• Evaluate individual staff performance and work actively with feed back and dialogue talks.

COOPERATION WITH OTHER PO TEAMS

• Strengthen cooperation with QC team and Merch team in order to secure best garments for bulk production.
• Share problems with rest of the teams to improve and learn by our mistakes.

COOPERATION WITH SEBO-PO

• Create a good dialogue with patternmaker in SEBO. Initiate PO approvals whenever possible.
• Receive and analyze information re. new technical guidelines.
• Encourage team to update patternmakers in SEBO conc. poss. improvements of garment.

COOPERATION WITH  SUPPLIERS

• Good knowledge of  suppliers technical level (machinery as well as employees skills).
• Education of  suppliers, our general technical requirements/Fitting Blocks/How to measure/How to read m-list.
• Encourage  suppliers to become more active in finding good technical solutions.
