Position: Sales & Marketing Manager 

Salary : $2,500 - $3,000 + good benefit or negotiate

Report : CEO

Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for marketing / sales / Business development of Packaging products
2. Develop & finalize in consultation with annual marketing plans and strategies
3. Identify market potential and develop new clients
4. Develop contacts with Manufacturing Industries
5. Monitor & manage the enrichment of Sales Target, Turnover, profitability & collection targets.
6. Collect concessional Tax/duty form & timely payment collection from the customers.
7. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and Collection target.
8. Meet customer, generate inquiry, participate in both technical & commercial negotiations & ultimately finalize the order
9. Develop, Strengthen & Maintain relationship with all customers
10. Train and motivate the Sales team to achieve the sales target
11. Assist the Head of Quality to obtain ISO accreditations from relevant agencies & support all service related matters
12. Review & Report on monthly, quarterly basis the Actual Sales Vs Targets
13. Analyse on monthly / quarterly basis product wise profitability and initiate corrective action.
14. Any other work assigned

8. Preparing daily MIS report
