Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Brand Identification and Tagging (as applicable)
- Search, identify and tag mentions of different brands in a publication.
- Categorize the different brands identified based on a defined brand hierarchy.
- Conduct research on relevant information for different brands.
- Report any discrepancies on the brands in the database and identify improvements on the processes and rules as necessary.
∙ Carry out additional data operations and administrative tasks as required.
- Content Abstraction and Categorization (as applicable)
∙ Identify parts of the articles featured in the assigned magazine/s.
∙ Summarize or create a condensed version of full text articles as needed.
∙ Categorize all articles in the assigned magazine according to established categories and propose new categories as needed.
∙ Carry out additional data operations and administrative tasks as required.
∙ Meet preset Service Level Agreement with the client
Qualifications:
- Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Internet savvy, familiarity with international brands but not required.
- Knowledge on MS Office applications.
- Background in data management and analysis is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- A graduate or undergraduate of any business or information technology related course.
- At least one (1) year work experience, preferably in a similar field.
