Main Responsibilities:

• Optimize the route for intrnal transfer among regions wiht high service level , shorter lead time and cost effective
• Make strategy of means of transportation among regions that meet standard of quality, timelines and cost
• Develop route to market and warehousing strategy to optimize warehousing and distribution operations across the regions
• Provide direction and guideline for in-bound and out-bound logistics
• Manage products imported from the supplying plant to destinated place in Vietnam
• Desgin optimal route and means of transportation
• Work closely with procurement to make term of transport contract with the most efficient and cost effective
• Monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
• High service level and shorter lead times while controlling stocks and costs
• Execute SIP strategy
• Look for new source of transporter with high capacity for long term operation
• Capacity planning for warehouse and distribution in 3 years (including CAPEX budgeting)

• Develop logistics strategy and establish comprehensive logistics network and solutions to deliver innovative and cost effective logistics, distribution and delivery services
• Develop team capability to ensure effective execution of logistics activities
• Ensure all critical openingswithin LWD function placed in due course
• Ensure all logistics activities comply to the company OESH policies and standards
• Introduction of safety practices in operations to ensure people, product and equipment safety within and outside the plant
• Continuous updation of technology and best in industry practices to keep one abreast and ahead in  logistics technology
• Managing Distribution Centres including selection, compliance and making them viable and ensure scope for expansion and growth 

Requirements

• Bachelor degree/ diploma - major in LWD field
• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 10 year Operations/ Logistics management experience at management level preferably with FMCG background
• Experience in full range of LWD: inventory management, storage, warehousing, logistics, transport and distribution
