The Role:

The General Accountant is primarily responsible for Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables activities as well as accomplishing ad hoc task provided and requested by the client.

Basic Functions:

Accounts Payable:

• Remit Payment
• Review Aged Bills

Accounts Receivable:

• Confirm all invoices posted for the month
• Receive payments
• Review unapplied payments
• Collections
• Send Account Statements (&invoices)
• Perform bank reconciliations for client's Bank Account, Credit Cards, and Petty Cash
• Support the overall objective of the client
• Carry out ad hoc tasks or activities associated with the accounting functions and/or tasks within the capability and pay grade of the General Accountant as may be assigned.
