Position: Farm Manager

Salary : USD 3000- USD 5000 + + expatriate package

Report to :Chief Operation Officer

Working in Vietnam

Responsiblility :

• Daily managing and supervising farm personnel on Broiler Contract Growing in Three (3) different stages:
  • +Feed formulation based on our animal requirements and availability of feed ingredients;
  • +Animal production scheme based on the arrival of breeder stocks;
  • +Analysis of production schemes, trends and parameters.
• Supervising farm personnel in the implementation of farm operation programs.
• Prepared feed formulation based on our animal requirements and availability of feed ingredients.
• Preparation and implementation of animal production scheme based on the arrival of breeder stocks. Preparation and analysis of production schemes, trends and parameters.

Requirements:

• 3- 5 years experiences in Farm Operation management
• Good at involving in  management and supervision, monitoring and coordination with the Technical personnel (Brooding, feeding, growing and management programs) as well as vaccination programs.
• Experienced working in large & high standard farm management in advance
• Expatrite is preferable
