Job description:

• This project is to develop system for customer in Japan.
• Join full life cycle of software development, including, but not limited.
• Support and make sure the communication between Vietnam and Japan teams should be conducted smoothly
• Hand on the requirement and problem, etc

• To communicate with Japanese.

• To do the project management like progress management etc.

• Willing to travel in Japan more than 3 months.

Job Requirements

1) Job Experience

• Must has software development experience: from Detail Design to Unit Test is indispensable.
• Have project management experience like as progress management, project management, Quality management etc., as well as more than 2 years of experience of managing the team of more than 10 members.

2) Technical skills

• Development language (one of languanges): C/C++ or VB.NET or Java (both web and application)
• Experience of Development Processes in at least: Detail Design, Coding, Unit Test.

3) Human skills:

• Good interpersonal & teamwork skill, and take the Leadership.
• Have sense of responsibility.
• Capability for problem-solving.
• Able to work under high pressure.

4) Others:

• Very good Japanese communication skills (equivalent to N2)
• Can read and write Japanese documents
• Willing to take business trip to Japan more than 3 months
