Job title: Network Specialist

Salary: $800-$1,500

Working: Ho Chi Minh

• Response to Incident/Request and provide solution as 2nd tier support

• Monitor and troubleshooting Internet and MPLS link.

• Manage and Support LAN, WAN, WLC, and other network devices.

• Analyze and Diagnose issue related to Organization network.

• Perform Preventive Maintenance task for critical network devices.

• Manage Inventory of Network Devices and Link Provider Contract.

• Control, Manage and Create Change Request that align with INDG policy

• Ensure firmware of critical network devices and system is updated.

• Prepare IT security monthly report and submit to IT Manager
