Description
Job title: Product Executive OTC_Pharma:
Location: HCMC
Salary: $1,000 - $1,500
- Assist direct supervisor to analysis pharmaceutical market data and internal data for implementation and controlling of the approved Product Marketing Plan and Budget and to provide the marketing support activities to the sales department in order for them to achieve the approved sales target of the assigned products and the effective budget utilization.
- Assist the direct supervisor to coordinate with external parties, concerned government agencies and suppliers, on the preparation and production of gimmicks, product registration, promotional materials etc.
- Search and collect updated information related to pharmaceutical/comparative product from reliable sources and provide to sales team.
- Provide medical information/product knowledge, consultation, and on-the-job training for the sales team.
- Write up the report to be submitted to direct supervisor to report on results of in-field customer visits, e.g. customer’s requirements, market data.

- We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager in South East. You will be part of the Sales team and are responsible for driving business across Southern Province such as Long An, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, Dong Thap. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

The Job
- The key responsibilities of the position will be to secure the tenders, optimal prices, collaborate with ASM South East, DKSH and support the team in growing in the business, build a solid network of effective and trustful relationships decision makers and influencers for the concerned therapies and an organization capable of meeting future challenges.
- You will be involved in the elaboration and implementation of the marketing/commercial strategy, preparing and conduct medical/educational and promotional presentations to external audiences of customers and stakeholders in your allocated territory.
- You will be in charge of maintaining an ongoing and timely line reporting, ensuring up to date reporting on the performance and well-being of the organization
Qualifications:
- If you have a degree in Pharmacy and at least 5 year experience in healthcare and have at least 3 years of work experiences in similar capacity in Pharmaceutical multi-national companies.

Description
Product Manager - Vietnam
You will be responsible for creating and developing strategies and tactics for the products in the Diabetes therapy area and business objectives in the Vietnam market. You will also be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring local marketing strategies and tactics to achieve both short and long term volume as well as profit objectives of the Diabetes portfolio of products in Vietnam.
Your key responsibilities:
- Establish and grow the Diabetes business and the image in the field of Diabetes in Vietnam through effective marketing support.
- Develop relationship with key target customers: KOLs and Gatekeepers.
- Prepare local promotional campaigns for products related to Diabetes.
- Prepare launch plans and manage local congresses. Work on developing launch plans and ensure effective implementation of the same.
- Organize cycle meetings and prepare all materials related to Diabetes sales cycles.
- Prepare Market Intelligence on product performance, customer attitudes and beliefs and competition.
- Assist line manager in yearly budget preparation and optimize utilization of available resources.
- Secure support from Regional Marketing and Medical affairs through regular inter-departmental communication.
- Support sales team with doctors’ group meetings, co-visits, on the job trainings to ensure and enhance understanding and execution of products’ strategies.
- Ensure compliance with the visual identity
- Support sales team in implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
- Joint field work with the sales team to enhance execution of product strategies and also to analyse market needs and market development trends.
- Collect and report information on competitor strategies.
- Design cost effective promotional material/ tools to support sales/ marketing objectives.
- Liaise with various departments particularly Medical, Regulatory and Finance.
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies for conferences & ensure successful implementation of the same.
- Ensure timely dispatch of promotional inputs to sales force.
- Act in line with ethical standards, company procedures.
- Ensure and maintain customer focus.
- Advertising and Promotional Budget control.
Qualifications:
- Pharmacist, Medical doctor or BSc. in business
- Minimum 4 years experience in related pharmaceutical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing section
- Fluency in spoken and written English & Vietnamese
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Presentable with a positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere with flexible attitude to work
- Ability to multi-task - to plan, organize and prioritize work to effectively meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal communication and public relation skills
- Willingness to put in long hours of work and achieve planned objectives
- Creative in thinking, planning and execution of multiple projects
- Strong understanding of marketing and brand management concept and framework
