Job Description
- Promote the sale of Lubricants through regular customer visits throughout the assigned region. Recommend new products wherever applicable.
- Develop sales plan and prepare sales proposal to grow sales volume within the assigned sales area.
- Maintain and expand customer base; build and maintain rapport with key customers; identify and develop new customer opportunities. Develop and build solid pipelines.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business in the Automotive Lubricants Industry, key focuses are Heavy Duty fleets included long-haul heavy trucks, long-haul buses, Agriculture equipment, off-shore fishing boats, and other product sectors related such as MCO and PCMO if requested.
- Be responsible for setting up a distributor network in the assigned sales area.
- Support and develop the distributors as well as the retail network in the assigned sales area.
- Provide technical assistance distributors and arrange successful field trials for various customer applications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors/customers through Plan/Partnership Agreement and Distributor Development Program.
- Maintain competitive information on price, sales volume and market share as well as competitive marketing activity etc. to enable successful negotiation with customers.
- Forecast sales to immediate superior to ensure stocks are available.
- Ensure all statutory and company required paperwork is up to date through effective record keeping and organization.
- Diploma / University degree with technical focus/background in chemical engineering, mechanical or industrial engineering is preferred.
- Experiences (at least 5 years) in sales representative positions in key industry (automotive) coupled with good sales and marketing expertise at a global company.
- Experienced representative with background in lubricants.
- Experience in the sale of demanding products which are not self-explanatory.
- Experience in handling Key Accounts and Distributor Management.
- Experience in downstream business/products.
- Presentation and negotiating abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Good skills in data processing (MS Office).
- Self-motivated (proactive / self-starting)
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with strategic initiative
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong service, consulting and customer orientation

- Identify opportunities to grow the business in in the Mining Industry for both Surface Mining & Underground Mining. Approach all the mines throughout the country to find out opportunities to sell lubricants, coal mines are key focus.

Legal Counsel

- Salary: $1,400-$2,100 + bonus month 13-14-15
- Contract review: Review/draft contract timely and correctly for the company biz
- Legal compliance/licensing/Policy: Ensure all company activities compliance with government & internal regulations and policies.
- Bad debt recovery/Litigation: Support collection team in recovery bad debt and take part in litigation procedure of the company
- Regular update new government regulations to BOM, enhance employee’s awareness on legal compliance
- Raise major issues to reporting manager and/or Management from legal point of view and give advices on the issue.
- Do company secretarial work such as board meeting and management/filing of the legal documents.

Assist Country CFO and Country General Manager in the area of finance, accounting, controlling, and business performance analysis:
- To ensure that our accounting book and records are in compliance with Myanmar Accounting Standard for local reporting and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard)

This role is principally about running the management and delivery of multi-channel projects on a large account. It requires a can-do approach and the drive and ability to spearhead and drive a project forward independently, from concept to production using excellent negotiation and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Links idea to execution from the client to the agency through drafting great creative briefs.
- Runs account projects including timing plans, production budgets, timing plans, resource, client requests etc.
