Responsibilities:
- Overall job function: To take responsibility for supervising Recruitment team, Training team, Employee Relation team and report directly to the Human Resource Manager in the company
- To manage and supervise Recruitment team, Training team, Employee Relation team to ensure high level of productivity and efficiency of the teams
- Formulate, recommend and monitor compensation and benefits programs and packages to attract, retain and motivate employees and ensure the programs and packages are in line with the company’s strategy
- Oversee standard recruiting and placement practices and procedures to ensure the Company’s staffing requirements are met in a timely manner
- Develop, implement and oversee the training and development programs to upgrade the skills of the employee and to enhance the company’s capabilities towards meeting its goals, objectives and future challenges
- Implement interests of both employees and the company in accordance with the employee handbook and labor laws and regulations, establish and maintain a positive employer-employee relationship
- Conduct a continuing study of all HR policies, programs and practices, monitor for the effectiveness and cost control
- Assist and advise senior management on Human Resources issues. To liaise and deal effectively with labor authorities to solve issues related to employee industry
- To monitor and follow up Performance Evaluation System including Key Performance Indicator System and Performance Related Incentive Bonus System
- To prepare reports that helps Human Resource Manager have an overview about Recruitment, Training, Employee Relation and suggest solutions to resolve related problems if any
Requirements:
- Male preferred. Age from 35 to 45. Nationality: Vietnamese
- Bachelor Degree in related subjects with minimum 3 year working experience as the same position in a recognized manufacturing foreign company with over 1000 employees.
- Excellent communication skill in both English and Vietnamese is essential.
- Proficient and knowledgeable about regulations of labor code of Vietnam. Familiar to working with labor union and labor authorities.
- Teamwork spirit. Good in problem solving, presentation and organization skills.
- Advanced computer skill on MS office. Familiar with using and appraising databases or softwares on human resource management is preferred.

Tax Specialist

Responsibilities :
· Tax and government reports: VAT, Natural Resource Tax, Withholding Tax by monthly, CIT by quaterly, Land Rental Tax by biannual.
· Tax advices: summarize content of circular & decree and keep colleague updated, send letter to tax department to question the unclear matters…
· Prepare tax finalization: prepare summary of VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT; make arrangement for time & schedule to finalize tax
· Internal & external audit requirements
· Month-end closing jobs & balance sheet reconciliation
Requirements :
· Bachelor degree in Finance
· 3-5 years experience in tax section
· Willing to study and update government circular & decree
· Exposure to SAP system

Mission:
- Assist Finance Director to ensure that our statutory accounting records for all entities in Vietnam are in compliance with VAS (Vietnam Accounting Standard) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) besides the needs to be in compliance with the taxes and regulations.
- This is a senior managerial position to manage several Chief Accountants supported by a team of 10-15 subordinates.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the timely and reliable preparation of all statutory financial reports
- Ensuring the timely and reliable preparation for group reporting submission
- Ensuring the timely and reliable preparation of tax returns (VAT, FWCT, CIT, etc)
- Coordinate and support Chief Accountants to liase with tax consultants, external auditors, etc.
- Ensuring that proper accounting processes and control are put in place in each entity
- Manage the people and career development of the existing team and workforce planning
- Setting up the Finance Shared Service Centre for operational accounting in Vietnam
- Provide timely and accurate financial information and report to all stakeholders.
- Seek opportunities for simplification and improvements in accounting processes and procedures
- Minimize the tax exposures by ensuring the compliance of our accounting records
- To ensure that we have a robust internal control (compliance, follow charts, key controls, assessment, etc)
- To anticipate and to highlight any tax and business risks so that preventive and corrective actions can be taken.
- To ensure that we develop a solid and motivate team with a clear career development plans.
Requirement:
- Bachelors or Master Degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA is a must)
- Minimum 15 years working experience (at least 5 years as F&A manager in MNC).
- Experience with ERP system. Oracle and SAP experience is most preferable
- Working knowledge with all of the statutory requirements and taxes regulations
- Proven ability to manage a significant size of accounting team
- Good communicate with management across all functions
- Preferable having work experience as audit manager in audit firm
