Responsibilities:
- To establish a generative Health & Safety Culture within the plant(s) through the promotion, management and maintenance of the Corporate, Regional and BU Health & Safety Policy, System and Guidelines; compliance and adherence to all the applicable local laws; providing expert advise on all related health & safety issues; and contribute in achieving the plant objectives
- To ensure adherence to the increasing stringent Health & Safety requirements by the local authorities (through the gazetting of new regulations and guidelines), and the organization.
- To integrate Health & Safety objectives into the business processes without disrupting the smooth operation of the organization.
- To promote and lead a world class approach to Health & Safety amongst the organization and the available contractors at their current low awareness level.
- To enhance the public image as a profitable and caring multi-national organization with a good Health & Safety record.
Requirements :
- Engineering degree, professional Health & Safety qualification or equivalence
- At least 05 years working experience with a minimum of 4 years in the field of Health & Safety (which may include at least 3 years in the management capacity); and a minimum of 3 years operational experience in the heavy/chemical industries
- Ability to understand organization behaviour, addresses its underlying problems and improves the position
- Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and sponsors new approaches and technology to promote efficiency
- Ability to strive to achieve high quality results with persistently positive in the face of challenges and setbacks.

Job Description
To lead total QEOSH function for three plants in Viet Nam in order to ensure full compliance with all local regulations and KO requirements related to food safety, quality, environment and occupational health & safety.
1. Manage and drive the QEOSH system in CCBV to meet local requirements and KORE.
2.Consistent achieve QEOSH objectives
3.Ensure the compliance to Work Right audit (QEOSH related)
4. Ensure the implementation of POV effectively
5. Participate into commercialization process in term of SRA and product/packaging innovation
6. Finacial control: ensure the actual COE does not go beyond the BP
7. People development: ensure trainig plan being conducted as planned, monitor performance and develop succession plan for plant QEOSH manager and QEOSH compliance officer

Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities
· Prepare and manage budget of maintenance department( yearly, monthly,)
· Ensure the safety and development og personal in department
· Ensure optimum equipment and machinery availability, reliability and performance in the short, medium and long term, at minimum cost.
· Manage the scheduled programs of the Maintenance Department.
· Carry out feasibility studies and determine the operating and capital expenditure necessary for improving the plant facilities’ reliability
· Ensure that safe work rules and practices are understood, implemented and consistently followed by the whole Maintenance department employees and subcontractors
· Being visible at site, engaging with the workforce performs work workplace inspection and audits to promote contractors implement and respect Standards.
· Providing supervisors with information related to the potential impact of the work to be performed by contractors
· Acting as a liaison to answer questions in reference to company policies and programs to Contractor at site
· Set and share Maintenance Department long, medium and short term goals and objectives to be in line with plant objectives.
· Contribute to the achievement of production, quality, environment, reliability and utilization targets set up by the General Manager
· Manage the performance of the maintenance department including effective use of Key Performance Indicators.
· Contribute to spares warehouse optimization (in cooperation with other departments concerned) to optimize maintenance cost
Requirements:
· Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
· Knowledge of general mechanical/electrical engineering and industrial automation, In-depth knowledge of maintenance management methods, of predictive inspection tools.
· Experience development / implementing preventive and predictive maintenance processes is highly desirable
· Knowledge of safety laws and regulations,
· Experience in the development of quality management methods, for example ISO 9000 and TPM
· Self-criticism capacities and willingness to learn
