Description
Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Planning
- Manufacturing
- Develop and improve manufacturing line architect to increase manufacturing efficiency
- Opportunity Management
- Active participation and identification of prospective projects though regular contacts with customer (face to the customers) within the concerned market segment.
- Able to gather specific information (competitors, budget, comm/tech adv/disadv, etc…) to increase chances of order
- Promote products & solutions and manage offers.
- Follow-up on offers
- Finalize on contracts
- Follow-up on Customer
- To lead project kick off meeting and facilitate project manager during project handover for execution.
- Keep regular contacts with customer to ensure satisfaction before and after delivery.
- Work closely with back support team

- Manage debt collections for assigned accounts in line with company’s expectation
- Account management
- Execute Commercial Action Plan (CAP)
- Maintaining relationship with customer and relevant players beyond the project-related contacts of the Businesses.
- Developing an extensive knowledge of customer organizations (structure, decision-making process, etc) and action plan for each customer
- Master equipment knowledge and targeted solutions
- bFO implementation
- Create SVR within 48 hours after visit & maintain and update project status regularly in Bridge Front Office (bFO).
- Ensure project information is exhaustive and useful to support key strategic decisions
Requirement:
- University degrees – Electrical or Automation Engineer
- 2 years experience in working with relevant end-users, Consultants, Contractors
- Specific knowledge: Electrical Distribution
- Market knowledge in area of work, EVN exposure & awareness
- Knowledge of EVN environment (required to support a matrix organization)
- Good command of spoken and written English. Computer literate and presentation skills
- Attention to detail, self-starter, ability to learn, good communication skills and result-oriented

Responsibilities:
- Control all the operation, procedure and policy in term of Accounting of the company.

- Coordinate with HR to develop, implement, and control the implementation of finance policies in all areas and all locations nation-wide
- Own / lead / participate in various projects as requested
Requirement:
- At least University graduation in Accounting and Finance.
- Have Chief Accountant Certificate
- At least 5 years of experience at General Accountant in retail business
- SAP preferred
- Fluency in English
