Responsibilities:
- Review payment requisitions and ensure the appropriate accounting is performed for payment transactions in the company.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Set up of account process and procedures for an insurance company
- Prepare budget / projection and build partnership with functional heads.
- Manage the local audit and tax compliance requirements.
- Develop, implement and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology
Requirements:
- University degree holder.
- ACCA, CPA, CFA or professional financial / accounting certificated courses is preferred.
- 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Insurance knowledge and background.
- Experience in dealing with Tax Authorities is preferred.
- Be analytical, self-motivated, pro-active self-starter with the ability and attributes to act and perform with minimal direction or instruction.
- Good leadership skills.
- Good command of written & spoken Vietnamese and Professional working proficiency for English.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Report to: Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial support to business teams, and make them in line with financial policy, group policy and financial process.
- Prepare management reports (AOC Tools, standard vs variance, etc..) according to zone finance team’s requirements & CVN mgt requirement.
- Drives & lead rolling forecast process, reporting to Finance controller.
- Assist finance controller to handle daily work.
- Prepare BCFE/Executive Summary/BCI to be made available on request.
- Make analysis on material prices, consumable expenses, others DVC (once a week), follow-up action to anticipate any big discrepancy in comparison between the standard price vs actual price.
- Validate all BPE saving projects
- Perform analysis on freight cost and labour costs (including working hours and headcount) (at least twice a month), follow-up action to anticipate any big discrepancy in comparison between the budget vs actual cost
- Identify and implement Kaizen/lean projects for Finance
- Make sure financial accounting processes are aligned with Corporate internal control.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or CPA with at least 5 years working experience in finance controlling function of MNCs, preferred to have 2 to 3 years of Big Four audit experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position in a factory
- Understanding of Business, Budget/Forecasting, Accounting procedures and operations
- Experience in SAP FI/CO module
- Good skills in Excel, Power point
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to read, write and speak in English

Description
- Report to: Finance Controller
Responsibilities:
- To plan, organize and carry out the internal controls function including the preparation of an audit manual and audit plan
- Conduct risk assessment of all departments and report risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the Finance controller and the company management board and provide recommendations for improving the organization’s operations.

- Being champion and managing external parties including: taxation (Dong Nai and HCM), financial and legal related government offices, including being responsible for all statutory, taxation reports, and support FC in setting up taxation forecast.
- Authority manual focal point.
- Support FC in managing contract management process by being custodian for Contract master data in order to liquidate, renew new signing all commercial contract of the company.
- Managing the IT executive staff by setting and appraising related KPIs and performances, supervising daily operation works, and providing training and coaching for staffs’ qualification.
Requirements:
- B.A, major in accounting and financing
- Post university: ACCA, MBA, CPA
- More than 8 years working experiences in accounting and financing fields or auditing, or business management
- Fluently with ERP systems, especially SUN
- Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented and ability to work and interpret figures and other financial information
