Formulator

Responsibilities:
- Under supervision of the Product Manager
- Work on the formulation of shrimp and fish feeds
- In close coordination with QA/QC and Production departments
Requirements:
- University degree with experience in nutrition and formulation, preferably in the aquaculture sector
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience
- Good level of English is required (read/write, speak)
- Chinese language is an advantage (speak)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication and organization skills are essential
Technical Executive - Senior Staff
- Manufacturing / Logistics
Responsibilities:
- Field engineering works on market analysis, product quality observations and quality control & improvement on consumer and commercial tire products (e.g. passenger car tires, truck and bus tires), sales support & presentations (for Training, Seminar, Product Introductions) and marketing support (family channel development)
- Pre-Sales: Customers visit to perform checks, gather information, analyze customers' needs, make product
- Post-Sales: Analysis of technical problems, troubleshoots, service and perform product testing to help improve product reliability, safety and maintainability etc.
- Organize Product Training / Seminar / Product Introduction for customers and dealers
- Perform market survey (e.g. vehicle counts, weight, scrap tire, road conditions, dealers, customers) and data compilation and analysis.
- Build up the advanced services and train the tire knowledge, skills for family channel
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering discipline or its equivalent
- 2 years of Sales Engineering and/or Technical Engineering and/or quality assurance working experiences in manufacturing company is preferred (especially automotive related industry)
- Possess good IT skills and knowledge in computer system administration
- Must be willing to travel extensively (50% of time to the assigned provinces)
- Candidates with passion for the job and a challenging spirit preferred

QC Manager (VT)

Report to: QA Director
Responsibilities:
- Setting up, guiding, and controlling the quality procedure to improve the product quality.
- Tracking on production planning progress, final quality check before shipment.
- Planning the quality checking schedule and inform to the related department such production, import-export, warehouse
- Meeting with customer when they come to plan for quality checking together with QA Director.
- Coordinating the quality checking with sales, im-export and management board.
- Updating the information related to customer’s quality requirement.
- Checking and updating the technical specification as and when it arise according to agreed tolerances
- Follow up and update customer claims and prepare action plans
- Controlling the section budget
- Guiding, coaching and supporting the subordinate to full fill his/her job efficiency.
- Checking the production sample of sub-contractor. Carry on the annual quality audit for sub-contractor.
- Managing and training QA staff.
- Responsible for subordinate’s work performance evaluation
Requirements:
- Mechanical engineering university Diploma
- At least 5 years working experience with 2 years in a similar position in metal furniture or metal work industry preferably
- Leadership and management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems and meet deadlines
