Report to: Plant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Handling the internal & external audits
- Ensure the full compliance of the Company’s books, account management, making financial statement, internal & external reports
- Ensure the accuracy, and the deadline respect for internal & external reporting
- Handling tax affairs to ensure compliance with local rules and tax circular
- Capital expenditure control
- Analyse and control manufacturing costs
- Contribute to the preparation of the Company’s yearly Budget.
- Prepare, control and analyse the monthly reports and analytical reviews of deviations in the Balance sheet and P/L structures.
- Support management team in all economic and financial matters.
- Manage Payable/Receivables accounts.
- Ensure a smooth operation in accounting department, especially for areas: Fixed assets, Cost, invoice control.
Requirements:
- University degree of Financial Accounting
- 5 years experience at Chief Accountant or same level.
- Experience and knowledge in finance, tax accounting and production expenses.
- Knowledge in Vietnamese Accounting System and International Accounting System.
- Experience in dealing with external audit and tax authorities.
- Have strong knowledge on tax regulation.
- Professional written and verbal communication, both in English and Vietnamese, and interpersonal skills
- Preferable candidate who is in Bien Hoa

- Staff:
- To motivate, train and lead sales staff ensuring that all team members exceed their sales budgets.
