Report to: Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Handling the internal & external audits
  • Ensure the full compliance of the Company’s books, account management, making financial statement, internal & external reports
  • Ensure the accuracy, and the deadline respect for internal & external reporting
  • Handling tax affairs to ensure compliance with local rules and tax circular
  • Capital expenditure control
  • Analyse and control manufacturing costs
  • Contribute to the preparation of the Company’s yearly Budget.
  • Prepare, control and analyse the monthly reports and analytical reviews of deviations in the Balance sheet and P/L structures.
  • Support management team in all economic and financial matters.
  • Manage Payable/Receivables accounts.
  • Ensure a smooth operation in accounting department, especially for areas: Fixed assets, Cost, invoice control.

Requirements:

  • University degree of Financial Accounting
  • 5 years experience at Chief Accountant or same level.
  • Experience and knowledge in finance, tax accounting and production expenses.
  • Knowledge in Vietnamese Accounting System and International Accounting System.
  • Experience in dealing with external audit and tax authorities.
  • Have strong knowledge on tax regulation.
  • Professional written and verbal communication, both in English and Vietnamese, and interpersonal skills
  • Preferable candidate who is in Bien Hoa
