Responsibilities:
- Approve and monitors implementation of marketing plans and programs to ensure the most profitable growth of existing products and the successful introduction of new products
- Direct subordinates to maximum sales commensurate with market potential, approved expense budget and company policies
- Most efficient distribution and deployment of working capital
- Staffing, maintaining and developing a creative, competent, productive organization, assuring opportunity for his employee’s growth and promotion from within to qualified employees

- Investigates and evaluates with guidance from Area or headquarters new product possibilities and modifications or existing products on the basis of estimated market needs, costs, profitability and time required for recovery of investment to attain maximum growth and logical diversification in the market.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial policies and procedures through the Financial Manager assigned to a region or country.
- Responsible for the protection and proper management of financial and physical resources in the country being supervised

Requirements:
