Scope of work:

  • Responsible to source, generate, implement and maintain the company’s warehousing and logistics business in accordance with the company’s objectives (i.e. budget revenue and profit targets, product growth initiatives, etc.).
  • Find and develop qualified leads and convert them through the sales process into prospects and customers.
  • Responsible for vendor selection and management.
  • Capable of developing compelling value propositions that foster strong relationships, selling all The Company’s commodities business and services (Warehousing, Logistics, Collateral Management, etc.) within Vietnam and the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

  • Find and develop qualified leads and convert them through the sales process into prospects and customers.
  • Continuously keep the sales pipeline full with deals at various types and stages, including fresh/new (qualified) leads/introductions.
  • The ideal sales pipeline will always be full with a wide variety of account types, company sizes, diversified industries, transactional vs. strategic business and services offered.

  • Engages prospects and customers to present the company’s services, always furthering relationships to grow and expand the company’s business. Advocates for both the company and the customer, striving to find win-win solutions that expand and further client relationships.

Accountabilities:

  • Define, develop, submit for approval and execute visions and strategies for the Vietnam business, including business and sales planning and budgeting.
  • Manage the business and relationships with customers according to the agreed operating principles with the Branch Manager – Vietnam, including but not limited to:
  • Select, negotiate, and enter into agreements with suppliers and customers meeting business and other requirements including establishing and implementing the agreed service levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Asia Commercial Team within the assigned target markets in the commodity sector and related products such as Metals/Agricultural/Energy Supply Chains.
  • Provide sales support to our commercial teams in country offices within the region.
  • Collaborate with our global offices to support the sales and exchange of leads for our international customers in order to acquire business for the group of companies (e.g. End-to- End Logistics).
  • Establish business priorities to meet customer requirements.
  • Lead assigned logistics projects with an internal team from business plan up to implementation including any investments for infrastructure, manpower, equipment, systems, etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the third party logistics sector, freight forwarding, chartering and management experience in commodity trade business required.
  • Excellent commercial and entrepreneurial flair is critical to the success of this role
  • Strong builder of relationships with interest parties.
  • Good knowledge of the shipping and logistics management industries.
  • Good leadership and influencing skills with a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork.
  • Able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Minimum 6 years of total working experience with 2 years in management capacity.
  • Minimum a college degree from an internationally recognized University.
  • Expertise and established business relationship in the following commodity sectors in Vietnam and Asia Pacific Region is a plus:

o Non Ferrous / Ferrous Metals

o Agriculture & Forest product

o Steel products

o Oil & Gas, Polymer

  • Experience in handling project cargo with established customer portfolio is a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a pre-requisite.
  • Advanced verbal and written communications skills.

Requirements

  • 2 years or above of proven technical sales, HVAC technical products experiences
  • Diploma of higher in Mechanical Engineering preferred or a similar technical discipline, with 2+ to 7+ years of HVAC, Refrigeration, or Controls/BMS experience
  • Possess a strong passion & have solid understanding of HVAC principles
  • Verifiable experience with specified products
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong work ethic, responsible, self-accountability,

Senior Corporate Responsibility Specialist (Health and Safety)

Location: Ha Noi

Position Summary

  • Research and develop occupational health and safety standards and best practices to support development, worker safety and manufacturing safety programs. Liaise with functional teams and manufacturing partners to implement and promote supplier ownership on health and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and maintain knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and compliance standards of the Asian countries. Maintain and develop specific standards and requirements.
  • Work closely with Corporate Responsibility (CR) teams to promote supplier health and safety ownership through training, SMP monitoring and capacity building.
  • Work closely with offices for apparel, accessories, footwear and retail to implement specific health and safety initiatives for suppliers.
  • Develop country specific training programs which help supplier develop worker safety ownership. Develop and lead manufacturing health and safety training for internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with industry and brand partners to drive best practices, joint standards and capacity building for suppliers.
  • Develop partnership and manage business relationships with third party service providers.
  • Synthesize health and safety data and measure performance to drive improvement. Support communication with internal and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Science, Social Science or related fields.
  • 5 years of experience which minimum 4 years in Occupational Health and Safety position, or manufacturing compliance position in apparel, accessories and footwear industry. Work experience in international brands or sourcing offices is an advantage.
  • Professional occupational health and safety officer qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH/OSHA or equivalent).
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and local language are required. Proficiency in Asian languages is an advantage.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills (training/presentation, facilitation, team collaboration, communication)
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, willing to learn, with good analytical and problem solving skills.
