Position: Sales & Business Development Manager

Report: Regional Sales Manager, in Singapore
Scope of Work:
- Generate Market Business Development plan
- responsible for designing, executing and controlling all sales activities in a designated account to fulfill the defined sales objectives and maximize the business
- across all sales channels and according to the agreed business development programs.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible to identify and develop new potential local customers and design houses partners and strengthen the relationship with key local customers
- Define and implement customer and distribution strategy
- Establish and enhance key local customers relationship
- Support design-in, local distribution and Mar-com activities
- Report project activities with up-to-date information and escalate critical issues
- Conduct market analysis, understand competitors activities and local supply chain network
- Develop and support local design house Eco system, including establishing a relationship with University
- Engage with local government agencies, related industrial associations to understand policies or initiatives to be implemented
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with at least 10 years in Sales and/or Marketing experience in Electronics Industry
- A good knowledge of system & application level understanding in Industrial applications is an advantage
- Excellent presentation & persuasive communication skills, enthusiastic, possess a “can-do” spirit and ability to influence team towards a common goal
- Quick learner and analytic thinker, high performance orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and willing to do some travelling
- Fluent in spoken & written English and local language

- Support key customers, especially in application of SMPS, Lighting, Motor Drives, Inverter in Ho Chi Minh City
- Provide technical support and product training to both distributor field application engineers and external customers
- Benchmark and documentation of power components and solutions from the market
- Collect and feedback customer/application requirements
- Drive local application- specific system design as well as customized design
- Prepare technical papers as well as join seminars to promote power products
- Drive for new product development for local market with close communications with our headquarters
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, preferably Masters in Electrical Engineering or even higher
- Minimum 8 to 12 years’ experience in R&D positions for various power electronics technologies
- Good knowledge of power semiconductors
- Proficient in various SMPS/Lighting/Motor drive/Inverter topologies and design
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent team player and able to work under pressure and willingness to travel
- Open-minded and flexible to work with customers to find out best fit design approaches

Position: Sales Account Manager

Report : Regional Sales Manager- located in Singapore
Scope of Work:
Responsible for designing, executing and controlling all sales activities in a designated account to fulfill the defined sales objectives and maximize the business
across all sales channels and according to the agreed business development programs.
Responsibilities:
- Sales:
Monitor and grow assigned Vietnam joint accounts. Maintain good relationship with all levels and contracts negotiation with customers.
- Strategy:
Define segment goals for Joint Account Vietnam customers by implementing appropriate sales strategy to achieve sales targets and maximise Infineon business.
- Demand Creation:
Drive design in activities through regular joint customer visit and propose solutions. Team up with division Field Application Engineers to ensure Infineon is in every socket of customers design.
- Operation:
Ensure input of revenue forecast and budgeting for designated Vietnam joint account. Prepare sales budget by account and define design creation goals.
- Resolve all issues with regards to assigned Vietnam joint accounts on delivery, quality matters, legal matters, pricing alignment.
- Forge strong relationship within management, customer's senior management , distributors and divisions and bridge up any expectation gaps.
- Drive cross selling across all divisions for Vietnam joint accounts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or similar
- Minimum 10 years of relevant and inclusive of direct sales, technical and distribution management experience
- Good knowledge to interface with Sales organisation,Distribution partners, Marketing, Logistics,Business and Finance
- Requires good analytical skills to analysis data, reports and information available to resolve problems or formulate strategies
- Provide solutions on critical issue face by end customer and distributor
- High level of listening and negotiation skill for business closure and problem solving
