Our Client - a leading global in automation manufacturing is looking for a Human Resoures Director:

Job Responsibilities:

  • All phases of a contract are well synchronized to guarantee the highest quality and functionality of the end product to meet the ever-challenging requirements.
  • Lead change management and cultural integration efforts driving a positive working environment, right first time, result oriented and customer focus mindset.
  • Formulate and implement HR policies, systems and processes in Vietnam.
  • Keep track with changes in our corporate and group policies, market practice and labour regulation.
  • Advise the management of the changes and revise the HR policy when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a positive employee and industrial relations workplace.
  • Develop cost effective, market competitive compensation and benefits policies to support the Company’s staffing, retention and pay for performance objectives and to influence employee behaviour to drive business results.
  • Actively drive the management resource planning in identifying, developing and retaining the key talents.
  • Attract and recruit high calibre candidates to achieve the manpower plan and growth agenda.
  • Initiate and lead the effort to ensure consistent performance-based employee management practices.
  • Actively supports and leads efforts around the safety of our employees, customers and passengers.
  • Manage the office administration function in Vietnam to the highest efficiency and most effective cost.

Job Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, dynamic individual with strong leadership capability
  • Strong customer and people orientation, achievement orientation and impact
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Possesses the highest level of ethics and integrity
  • University graduate major in HR Management or related disciplines
  • Well versed in local Employment Ordinance, taxation, retirement plan, other relevant rules and regulations as well as HR practices
  • Commercially astute with a least 15 years of progressive experience in managing functions and departments dealing with Human Resources and related practices within an international / multinational environment in Vietnam
  • Specific experience with current labor relations practices, trends and major issues in the elevator and escalator industry is desirable.

Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all statutory and management accounts are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

  • This includes budgets, forecasting, and preparation of statutory accounts, monthly management reports, and profit centre analysis.

  • Balance Sheet management including asset utilization management and working capital management in stock control and debtors management.

  • Contribution to effective management control of the business by establishing and maintaining appropriate information and reporting systems.

  • Ensure appropriate accounting standards and accurate product costings are maintained through constant review of operations.

  • Actively management of the business cash flow.

  • Establishment and implementation of accounting software and IT systems, including continued management and maintenance activities.

  • Support the profitable growth of the company by active participation in quality improvement processes, including the implementation and support of the ISO9001 Quality System.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, min Degree level.

  • Minimum 5 years Finance management/leadership experience.

  • Fluent in English

  • Sound administration, organization and computer literacy skills.

  • An interest in developing & implementing organization development and culture change programs.

  • A strong ability to relate to all levels from shop floor to senior management.

  • Sound interpersonal, influence, communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to set an objective, develop a plan and diligently implement.

  • Previous experience in company establishment would be preferred.
