Job title: Tender Manager 

Reporting to: Tendering Team Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • . Support Business growth.

Detailed Responsibilities:

1. Pricing

  • Provide Proposal & Quotation as requested from Sale teams for any products/equipments/projects.

2. Increase hit rate

  • Provide a flexible solution/price to help our sale teams secure each order.

3. Single point of contact

  • Provide technical support for sale teams.
  • Provide solutions to projects

4. Error free during quotation

  • Maintain Zero change order charges to Quotation team

5. Solution Selling

  • Provide/promote solutions for level 2 & 3 projects

6.Increase competency for Tendering team

  • Provide guidance to other tendering engineer to improve efficiency and competency

Requirements:

1. Education:

  • Universitydegrees–Electrical Engineer

2.Working experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of work experience in tendering.

3. Business understanding:

  • Basic knowledge and experience in energy management, power distribution,monitoring and control/automation industry.
  • Knowledge of Electrical Distribution & Automation equipment. Knowledge of contract documents and ability to clearly understand bid documents, contracts, specifications and drawings.

4. Other skills and abilities:

  • Fluent in spoken & written English
  • Ability to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers of various technical abilities, including experience working with contractors, consultants, and sales staff as required.
  • Ability to self-manage, multi-task and learn new skills quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
  • Computer proficiency in AutoCad, MS Project, Office, and Visio.

Reporting to: Contract Management Team Manager

Key responsibilities

  • Make customers’ satisfaction and project profitability
  • Execute project successfully by meeting scope, specification compliance and schedule
  • Control and monitor projects efficiently including risk management

Detailed Responsibilities

1.Project Management execution

  • Have responsibility about the good execution of the projects.
  • Guarantee the compliance globally with the terms and conditions of the contract.

2. Project budget and profitability

  • Be responsible of the project profitability by permanently monitoring and controlling the expenses.
  • Drive appropriates actions to comply with the budgets and to improve the Gross Margin and CCO.

3. Risk Management

  • Have responsibility for the Risk management of the projects.
  • Regularly update the risk analysis with the project team and find solutions to eliminate or mitigate the risks.

4. Project scheduling

  • Have responsibility for project planning construction and updating.
  • Organize and conduct meetings related to the development and updating of planning.

5. Invoicing and receivables

  • Execute the project invoicing according to the contractual invoicing plan and internal rules.
  • Be responsible for the regular invoicing plan updating and receivables recovery.
  • Drive, in cooperation with dedicated organization, all the appropriate actions to recover the receivables.

6. Customer relationship

  • Maintain permanently a high performing customer relationship and manage a pro-active recurrent and positive communication.
  • Produce a progress repost for the customers and evaluate the level of satisfaction according to the project customer policy.
  • Take appropriate actions to improve the customer satisfaction if needed.

7.Reporting

  • Support the reporting of the project under the internal rules PEC

Requirements:

1.Education:

  • University degrees – Electrical Engineer, Automation or Industrial Controls

2.Working experience:

  • 5–8 years related experience in project management and/or Contract management

3. Business understanding:

  • Good understanding of industry & infrastructure markets
  • Good understanding of MV/LV markets

4. Other skills and abilities:

  • Good communication skills
  • Customer satisfaction oriented & quality assurance oriented
  • Supervisory skill and team work building
  • Good spoken & written English (TOEIC > 750)

♦ Job Title: National Trade Marketing Director

♦ Role

Responsible for planning and leading of execution of Marketing activities nationwide as of Trade Marketing plan or Annual Operating Plan (AOP), providing insights for strategic planning of Trade Marketing, developing channel & category strategy in Vietnam.

♦ Accountabilities

1. Trade Marketing Strategy & Trade Marketing Plan

  • Support VP-Trade Development to define the Trade Marketing strategy (channel & category) by analyzing business' sales performance and Trade Marketing activities with data & insights.
  • Develop the detail trade activity plan with push initiatives to maximize the product availability, visibility, and sales volume; Customer Club, visicooler installation, trade promotions, merchandising, display programs.

2. Effective execution of the trade activity plan

  • Lead Trade Marketing/Field Marketing team to deliver effective execution of the Trade Marketing activities as planned.
  • Monitor and update the progress of the Trade Marketing activities with the senior management in sales department for timley corrective actions.
  • Leverage various data (Retail Audit, DMS, etc.) to identify issues for coming up with recommendation.

3. Support for Organized Trade (OT) team

  • Work with OT team to support them to manage and enhance the trade activities in Modern Trade (MT)/ Key Account (KA) channel.
  • Support OT team in winning big MT/KA customers.

4. A&M-Push budget management

  • Develop the A&M Push budget and manage it to maximize the effectiveness of the investment as planned.

5. Trade Marketing tools management/ innovation

  • Manage supply chain of POSM/TOT for flawless & timlely execution of the trade activities.
  • Work with Marketing Equipment (MEM) team to support them to manage supply chain of Marketing Equipments.
  • Bring in innovation to TOT/POSM that ensure suitability as well as great value to customers and business' brand equity.

6. Others

  • Develop and sustain learning sharing platform with the branches & marketing department.
  • Provide coaching to develop the functional competency of Trade Marketing/ Field Marketing team for effective development of business.

  •  University graduate
  • Management experience of Trade Marketing organization of FMCG company with similar scales
  • Data analysis skill  (Retail Audit Data)
  • Experience in Marketing or experience in working with Marketing.

Requirement

  • with proven achievement in related role.
  • at least 6 years of working experience in related role.(in garment factory)
  • good knowledge of IE garment.
  • prefer Chinese/Mandarin or English spoken and written.
  • Well experience to handle quality issue and identify root caused, then provide solution how to prevent and improve

Role & responsibility:

  • Manage and establish quality system for garment production, from material warehouse to finish goods.
  • lead QA  team
  • defect rate analysis and goal setting 
  • implement “right at first time” 
  • problem solving at cutting, sewing quality.

For garment manufacturing sector, currently the candidates for Factory Manager will be managing only 15 ~ 20 sewing lines which is small capacity and simple process to be managed, we are building up a team that eventually for new factory which be ready end of this year. 

Requirement:

  • Preferable Chinese/Mandarin spoken(if also written is great), or English spoken.
  • at least 8 years working experience in related role.
  • with IE back ground, capable to identify bottle neck/root caused and seeking solution to improve efficiency. 
  • proactive, aggressive, creative and capable to take challenges in term of working efficiency improvement.
  • good communication skill, able work closely with all mid level management teams at production floor.
  • Willing to take pressure  

Role & responsibility:

  • Production efficiency, output as target set.
  • analysis and manage manufacturing cost to meet company given target.
  •  production planning, working with merchandising team and Production Planning Center team.
  • To lead the production team: warehouse, cutting, sewing, maintenance of sewing machines, QC, packing.
  •  Sewing lines layout and planning, to improve sewing efficiency
  • lead IE team, ensure sewing output meet target output given.(agreed)
  • Ensure cutting and sewing schedule are well planned ahead to smoothen actual  production
