Collection and Sharing of Market Intelligence
- Continuous collection of industry / customer information to facilitate strategic decision making
- Continuous collection of competitor information for feedback to facilitate strategic decision making
Customer Development Plan
- Plan and formulate key and mid account plan
- Monitor the execution the action plan to achieve desired outcome
DSO & CSI
- Management of DSO & CSI performance
- Monitor and coordinate collection efforts with Finance to ensure customers’ payments are prompt and within credit limits
Education Requirements:
- Tertiary education
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management
- Extensive experience in all aspects of supplier relationship management
- Possess a good understanding of the Petroleum, Chemical & Food industries’ industrial packaging needs
Specific Skills / Business Knowledge (Knowledge, skills and abilities):
- Strong sales personality with good networking, influencing and communication skills.
- Ability to create strong rapport with customers at the management level to build and enhance the relationship.
- Good analytical skill to map out the sales and marketing strategy
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to provide leadership to sales support personnel
- Able to travel in and out of Vietnam from time to time, interact and work with SEA management team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, etc.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Data Project Management, including Data Processing, Analysis, Data Quality Checking, Data Reporting (Tabulation).
- Co-ordinate with other departments for Data issue
- Responsible for development, maintenance, and enhancement of DP software applications.
- Provide technical support and technical documentations on developed solutions

Qualifications:

- Time management on Multi-tasking with tight schedule
