Key accountabilities
Talent Management
- Facilitate talent management process to ensure continued growth and successful achievement of business objectives, provide analysis of the talent status and exposure activities for the talents.
Training and Development
- Drive and deploy training and development programs and process including needs analysis, training plan, program delivery and evaluation to reduce competency gaps
- Design , execute the strategy and processes for learning and development. Provide leadership for interventions which build organizational capability and create a learning organization
- Facilitate Performance management process for the whole CCBVL
Internal communication - Employee engagement
- design, drive and communicate the strategy for employee relations across CCBVL and work with business partners for consistent high performance in Employee relations
- Implement and execuse employee engagement initiatives and culture building programs across CCBVL
- Faciliate employee engagement activities
Employment branding
- Use external and internal resources in the development of communication strategies for employment branding activities and initiatives
- Participate in employment events such as career fairs, career talk in university…
Consultancy
- Promote the visibility of the OD function throughout the organization and act as internal consultant to provide consultancy based on specific requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field with post graduate HR qualification
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years operational and corporate experience in a variety of HR roles

Description
Position : Senior Sales Engineer/ Account Manager
Salary: USD 1000- USD 2000
- Manage the distributor to achieve yearly target to the assigned market.
- Sales activity development to Distributor, support Distributor on Push and Pull actions.
- Build, manage and develop the channel to achieve yearly target on widen network and sustainable development.
- Build and maintain relationship with medium contractors, project owners, consultants.
- Clear reporting on all activities as and when required.
- Plan sales activities and develop necessary action plans to ensure that order/sales targets are accomplished.
- Organize Product presentation and provide necessary training to customers.
- Cooperate with PM to implement promotion campaign toward customers. Lead or cooperate with team and to execute assigned Push, pull actions.
- Develop customer database (Distributor, dealer, contractor, investor) and develop action plan for each customer or each customer type. Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers. Perform customer mapping and identify key decision makers

- Able to gather specific information (competitors product offer, price, promotion, delivery, credit policy,… ) to report to Manager and PM and able to adapt effectively to the change of market situation
- Monthly report
- 5Q Rolling forecast for order/sales. Commitment to ensure that forecast are tracked and monitored sufficiently
- Order/Sales report, Forecast to submit monthly
- Manage debt collections for assigned accounts in line with company’s expectation.
- AR overdue report
Requirements :
- Having Electrical Engineering University degree or similar.
- At least 4 years sales experience, preferably in channel sales or electrical sales.
- Knowledge in residential market a plus.
- Understand electrical equipment and competitors are an advantage.
- Able to understand English, accept to work under pressure
- Willing to travel

Responsibilities:
- Process daily sales order and billing to dealers while ensure Cut-off time

Requirements:
