Senior MEP Engineer (Office) – 2 person
Reporting to: MEP Manager
Qualification:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Possess a Construction Supervision License issued the MOC.
- Good knowledge to use CAD, Revit and have a good understanding in BIM modelling
- Able to speak, read and write English fluently.
- Must have a good know how to use planning and scheduling software such at least MS Project.
- Very good knowledge of different international and local standards used for MEP system.
- Must have certificate in project supervision and design of MEPF system.
- Experience in 5-star hotel operations as engineering staff.
Experience:
- At least 7 to 8 years’ experience in the field construction MEPF system.
- Must have at least 3-years experience in MEPF design work from a reputable multi-national engineering design firm.
- Must have at least 4-years solid experience in construction management/supervision, testing and commissioning of the different MEPF services.
- Must have experience in the construction of high rise mixed-used building, hotels, resorts and industrial buildings.
- Must have experience in engineering design work for MEP system and able to use desgn softwares for design calculations.
- Must be good in reviewing designs, comments and provide technical recommendation.
- Experience in the preparation of MEP tenders provide response to queries, conduct technical review and evaluation.

Group Financial Manager

Responsibilities
1. Internal Audit:
- Perform internal audit of all companies inside group.
- Analyze and report to BOD
- Identify risk and propose for better validity governance, risk management.
- Manage and lead internal audit team.
- Liaise between BOD and management team.
2. Accounting roles:
- Manage the integrity, accuracy and reasoning of financial statements.
- Check for fraud & compliance with related regulations, consistence with other management and project reports.
- Review the operating cost in the term of the approved budget.
3. Financial Management:
- Evaluate the economical and the efficiency of using the company resources in the purpose of fulfilling all missions and objectives.
- Identify if there’s financial risk threating the liquidity of project & reason of any difference of extra cost compared with budget to make sure the project is under control.
- Examine the safety of project cash flow through the cash in from revenue and cash out for expenses.
Requirements:
- Good command of English.
- Must have at least 5 years experiences with financial management & regulatory requirements, strong audit sense.
- Understanding of financial and accounting, operations of group companies and risk-based management, especially in real estate is an advantage.
- Expertise of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point…).
- Preferably worked under expat manager/supervisor and at a foreign company.
- Strong communication and liaison skill in executive level.

Order Management Specialist

Job Title: Order Management Specialist
Direct Report to: Business Operations Manager
Work Location: NB Vietnam Office
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely delivery of all Ex-Asia finished shoe and component production orders.
- Liaison with source factories and U.S. based Production Planning & Procurement Team as well as the counterparts in Vietnam.
- Coordinate production/delivery schedules with source factory production planners.
- Evaluate and resolve issues relating to production orders.
- Monitor and communicates issues related to new style introductions as they affect XF dates.
- Approve weekly OAT payment schedules.
- Offer guidance with Letter of Credit Resolution.
- Provide back-up support to the Compliance Specialist.
- Liaise with U.S. based Production Planning & Procurement Team as well as the counterparts in
- Europe , Japan and the source factories for any xPC business process issue.

- Review the cost breakdown sheets to get correct and true cost for each item;
- Verify cost discrepancies with licensed vendors and factories;
- Perform leather and synthetic yields with Satrasumm and Rising Star;
- Track cost sheets and schedules;
- Manage files and reports;
- Provide cost saving options;
- Assist Costing Lead in cost negotiations.
