Position : National EOSH manager
Report to : Supply Chain Director
Salary: $3,000-$4,000
WORKING LOCATION: HCMC - VN
Mission :
- Leading EOSH department
- Develop and implement EOSH strategy plan
- Align with other fuctions to deliver and satisfy with their specific EOSH requirements .
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic leadership for the EOSH function to define and develop the plant objectives, goals, strategies and initiatives necessary to ensure legal compliance, support Company EOSH goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Providing Governance oversight for the EOSH function to develop EOSH policies, monitor compliance, program and process implementation and EOSH performance, and routinely communicating these to the Leadership Team.
- Improving EOSH capabilities across Group operations by developing and supporting the execution of awareness and training processes and tool to continually improve associate capability and performance.
- Deploy innovative solutions for EOSH program management, execution and effectiveness to provide safer and more sustainable operations.
- Ensuring the appropriate application of resources to effectively and efficiently fulfill established EOSH goals and objectives.

- Able to think strategically, develop effective business plans, and lead organizations to reach short- and long-term goals
- Able to assess and evaluate EOSH programs and management system effectiveness, detect performance trends and develop action plans for system improvements
- Able to understand and apply new technologies for beverage production/distribution
- Continuously developing and coaching other associates to understand how to effectively assess EHOS programs, management system design and deployment.

Requirements:
- In a technical field preferably in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field. Post Graduate desired
- 10+ years of relevant EOSH experience with at least five years experience in thel EOHS program management.
- Experience with developing and maintaining EOSH management systems including ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001. Leadership experience in directing EOSH departments, contractors and managing technical personnel.
- University/Bachelor’s degree: In a technical field preferably in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field. Post Graduate desired

MISSION
- Review organizational capability requirements in line with company’s strategic plans and business objectives.
- Develop, implement,and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the whole company organization.
- Design, implementation and review of overall HR functions such as strategic capability organization development initiatives/plans.
- Review and report on progress of HR Strategy to CEO
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Driving & building the company HR strategy in short & long term planing such as recruitment process and employment, compensation and benefit administration, employee movements, employee relations and disciplinary proceedings etc.
- Establish, implement and update guidelines and policies for local employees and, in cooperation with the competitive market ensures that uniform standards of employment are maintained and updated.
- Propose & set up the appropriate changes/revisions in employee compensation, benefit, welfare and talent reward programs to CEO & Management Board. Ensures to keep employees aware, on a continuing basis, of HR policies and benefit programs.
- Cultivate and maintain positive employee relations in the work environment and create a culture of trust between management and employees.
- Establish and manage orientation programs to new employees.
- Recommend and lead programs for the personal development of employees, and to work together with HR & other Department in providing professional advices on career development and planning for them.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of educational entity focusing on Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 5-7 years proven experience in human resources management with an international company
- Mature, well-organized and pro-active, Experience in managing team
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills to all employees including management.
- Customer oriented with approachable personality and strong interpersonal skills
- Very good in both oral and written English and in Microsoft Window softwares operation, , SAP experience is a plus.A good team player with sound supervisory and management skills
