Our client is seeking for a new COMMERCIAL EXCELLENT MANAGER; leading Vietnam and supporting Cambodia and Myanmar
Main Responsibilities:
Lead our commercial transformation (Key Accounts management, channel coverage, ...), define and support our local strategy and identify significant trends impacting our future business (Market, Competition, Process, etc), and make insightful recommendations to improve our performances.
- Define and facilitate our Key accounts selection and performance while ensuring that proper resources are in place
- Review and facilitate our channel coverage and saturation by leading key internal initiatives
- Build and maintain solid Business Intelligence to support our company strategy and provide visibility of the market
- Lead new initiatives to improve the entity performance and efficiency when covering multiple departments
- Review, refresh and lead our commercial transformation to improve Sales and Marketing Excellence with a focus on End User and Channel optimization
- Lead and facilitate our marketing plans
- Lead and ensure proper follow up and results on key initiatives to saturate our End Users and Channel
- Lead and support our Sales and Marketing competencies focus

Qualifications/Capabilities:

HR Business Partner

Business Partnering
- Partner the business to develop capabilities required to execute strategy includes financial management, strong people management, workforce planning, zero tolerance to any unsafe acts (safety) and build a High Performance Culture.
- Make recommendations and implement solutions to assist the business to develop in an ambiguous operating environment. Establish, maintain and review of HR processes to optimise HR’s contribution.
- Provide advice and interpretation of applicable industrial instruments and employment legislation.
Engagement
- Provide leadership to evolve the organisation’s employee relations strategy- build solid engagement pipeline of activities, annual team member survey and drive well being initiatives.
- Social networking via Company online portal (SPICE) is promoted to enhance stronger collaboration among fellow team member across and within network.
Talent Management
- Build talent pipeline where skills are grown and nurtured through a structured program that engages and energizes participants. Support Managers to grow their teams improving the competency of skills both technical and soft via Company Online University, on the job training, coaching & buddy system.
- Steward the development and succession planning activities for key operational role, driving mobility, individual development plan, coaching and mentoring program and many more internal initiatives.
HR Process via Digitization
- Participate in improvement and innovation through Global & Regional efforts while building best-in-class human resources practices.
- Work in partnership with the HR Shared Services and HR Council to execute various HR activities including recruitment, induction, performance management, compensation and benefits analysis, , interviewing and creating value added initiatives.
Lean Management
- Conduct Knowledge Industrial Management exercise to review talent competency against business growth & demand. Key action determined could include hiring, laying-off, driving stronger learning culture or cross moving talents within network
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource
- At least 8 years in a HR Leadership/Management role
- Understanding of Business Strategy, Manufacturing Operations, Common HR Tools and practice, market benchmark
- Effectively bilingual in English & Vietnamese
- Ability to use HRIS system is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office

AD & Human Resources Director

- Work at head office: VSIP 1, Binh Duong province. (Pick up bus at 6 bis Mac Dinh Chi, q1, Ho Chi Minh City)
- Overseas business trip : normally 3-4 times per year (regular meeting with HQ in China or training)
- Domestic trip: HR director self-schedules with AD
- Business allowances: in accordance with Company's regulations issued by the finance and accounting department

Merchandise Manager
- Retail
Salary: $1,500 or Negotiate

Report to: General Director
Seasonal Buy/OTB/Assortment Plan
- Developing seasonal OTB based on forecast sale & buying budget.
- Planning on product assortment and pricing strategy, reviewing the right assortment to be offer to each retail store.
- Attending brand seasonal markets, placing in order, follow up with regional merchandise team on order confirmation/invoice/payment.
Inventory Management & Analysis/Logistics
- Liaising with regional logistic team on shipment dispatch/delivery schedules/receiving (FOB/CIP/EX-WORK terms).
- Keeping control of the stock holding for each brand, make sure it is kept at the right level.
- Keeping track of all store sales to make sure they have right product and sufficient stock.
- Prepare weekly replenishment stock for all store and quarterly stock replenishment for regional (HCM & HANOI) based on season and sales report.
- Monitoring market changes, competitor prices and products. Analyzing past sales patterns to anticipate trends in consumer buying pattern.
- Recommending clearance sales, markdown of slow-moving items and varying delivery schedules to help control stock levels.
- Working with other department (marketing/operation) in strategy planning and execution to help achieve sales budget
- Follow up on defective good claims with the brand principal and obtain credit note
Business reporting/Training
- Preparing various business reports (sales report/inventory/sell-thru etc…) for sharing with other internal departments & regional management.
- Having monthly business review meeting with regional team (HongKong, Singapore office)
- Conduct seasonal launch & new product launch training for sales staff on quarterly basic.

Senior Supplier Quality Engineer
- Manufacturing / Logistics
Quality supplier (Improve supplier performance by deploying Company Supplier Quality Management)
+ Manage QMS of supplier.
- Build audit program, Implement regular audit on QMS system.
- Review control plan, process of all products that are shipped to Company and Company’s customer.
- Review status of non-conformities of system, products.
+ Monitor supplier performance.
- Regularly review performance of supplier (DPMe, complaints, continuous improvement, change process...)
- Regularly review the performance of product requirements on potential products.
+ Deploy the Company Supplier Quality
- Training/guide for supplier apply tools, programme that require by Company.
- Planning, review and approval qualification parts from suppliers.
- Evaluate component whenever change or modify mold/Jig
+ Follow up regularly the action plan built after the visit or audit
+ Follow up G8D for any issues on bfo (Bridge Front office) web site.
