Position : Senior Strategic Planner
Report : Director
Working : Ho Chi Minh city
Salary : $1,500 - $2,000 + good benefit or negotiate
Job Responsibilities:
- Get and clarify the brief from client and understand it deeply
- Get the right and dig down consumer insights
- Give the exact proposition & creative directions to creative team
- Work together with Account and Creative to win the projects
- Study, analyze all related and necessary data
- Create direction and strategy
Research management:
- Desk research (collect data and analyze)
- Conduct, manage any necessary research (desk research, internal research …)
- Cooperate with research agency
Presentation creation:
- Create the deck logically (and beautifully)
- Make presentation deck and present to client
- Internal projects and paperwork of Strategic Planning team
- Support Strategic Planning Team in some other task
Management:
- Manage the workload in Team
- Coach the staffs of Team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a multinational advertising agency;
- Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of Advertising Industry.
- Good understanding about consumer’s insight;
- Experiences in working with research agencies;
- Logical thinking with analytical skill, creative mind-set;
- Presentation ability in English as well as Vietnamese
- Good at management skills to coach the team
- Well cooperating with other departments, ability to work independently as well as be a team player
- Having background in research is an advantage

- Good English & Vietnamese fluency
- Having background in research is an advantage

Job Description
- Taking a lead in clients’ marketing and advertising strategies
- Leading a team to provide the utmost level of client satisfaction
- Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis and manage clients’ expectations
- Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
- Working with other senior managers to generate new accounts
- Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Develop and manage projects/programs, including concept proposals
- Manage suppliers & subcontractors as & when required
- Report to clients on project management/program status
- Know well advertising working process to control each step to deliver good for client
Requirement:
- At least 5 years working experience in advertising agency or relevant fields;
- Holding college or bachelor degree;
- Excellent command of spoken & written English
- Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of Advertising industry and International clients

Job title: Chief Accountant
Salary: $2,500 - $4,000 + good benefit or negotiate
Location: Ho Chi Minh
Duties:
- Assistant to BOD for: operating and financial control, business proposal, buget for operation, yearly budget, new project budget…
- Money and assets management base on book entry and period checking: daily, monthly.
- Prepare the tax reports submit to Tax government monthly, quarterly, yearly.
- Prepare the management reports and analyze submit to BOD: P/L, budget, cashflow,
- Tax reports, AR, AP, statistic, warehouse inventory…
- Control Account Receivable, Account Payable, invenotry.
- Tax and cash flow planning weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Work with Tax and government: Work and negotiate with tax official for tax refund, tax finalization, closing company,…; work with auditor.
- Work with bank official for credit limit, Bank performance, loan, fix deposit interest…
- Check and Initial all documents before BOD signing: Advance, Purchase Order,
- Disbursement form, Payment voucher, Receive Voucher, Contracts….
- Review all contract with customers, supliers, subcontractors, owners…
- Check and approve all monthly, quarter and yearly reports for submition to Tax Department.
- Organizing accounting system for companies.
- Design accounting procedure, internal control system.
- Recruitment, management and periodic training for staff.
- Finacial planning for projects.
- Set up Internal control process and lead team finish that duty base on this process.
- Other duties related to Accounting and Finance Department…
Professional Skills:
- Computer skills: Typing, scan/copy/fax etc;
- Computer Programs: Microsoft Office, Microsoft outlook, Power point etc;
- Accounting software
- Languages Spoken: English: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing;
- Other skills: Leader skill, negotiation and problem solve skill, stand high pressure job;
