Expanding present of the company share through the achievement of Consumer Replacement sales target and expand accounts to achieve company targets
Create trade activities plan in 6 rolling months and influence Consumer sales managers and P&M team to agree & implement the plan.
Well understand the market movement and catch up the changes.
Responsibilities :
Develop the 6-rolling months trade action plan of Consumer tires with Trade marketing manager such as family channel, dealer & end-user promotions, new product launching, product development account expansion, etc.
Implement trade activities to achieve the monthly sales target.
Confirm trade activities and budget with sales managers/leaders in monthly meeting.
Review the sales target at the end of the month, do forecast of sales volume for each product and send to sales manager for order. - Analyze the data (import data, competitor, strength of BS, market shares …)
Visit the customers (dealers & sub dealers) to understand their needs and testing ideas.
Do the effectiveness evaluation of trade activities monthly.
Review & revise the trade activities monthly

Recruitment Requirements:
Bachelor degree
2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing with Sales experience.
Have knowledge of tires or automobiles is preferred

Finance Analyst – (Supply Chain + Purchasing +HPC) Business Partnering
GENERAL DESCRIPTION – PURPOSE OF ROLE:
The Finance Analyst will assume the principal roles as follows:

- HPC Business Partnering:
- Participates in the Monthly closing/RF/Budget process for the business.
- Coordinates the production of Monthly Business Reviews for Executive Team.
- Analyzes key business performance metrics (revenue, net price, margins) and identifies performance improvement opportunities.
- Collaborates with key partners to improve business results where opportunities have been identified, including cross-functional teams and ad-hoc projects.
- Participates in developing a P&L for each production line and each group of products.
- Engages in the typical responsibilities of a FA requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling.
- Follow up costs and P&L of new production Line (Line 3)
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supply Chain Business Partnering:
- Provide financial and operational driver analytical insights to Supply Chain and Purchasing Director;
- Play a key role in identifying and analyzing profit improvement opportunities;
- Assist in critical change initiatives, develop models that analyze various supply chain /purchasing initiatives;
- Lead/execute the annual operating plan process around conversion costs for the BUs, and participate in broader teams that support long term supply chain/purchasing strategy. The strategy will focus on improving the balance sheet, making decisions on CapEx deployment, and supporting/leading initiatives around working capital;
- Develop monthly inventory plan and associated analytics, including Inventory Reserve calculation and tracking and manage daily Supply Chain costs during the month to minimize / eliminate unplanned for activity;
- Ensure a well-controlled, properly planned and forecasted Supply Chain and Purchasing data including essential reporting and analytics;
- Assist in developing short and long term strategic goals and objectives, including cost saving initiative;
- Partner with the Manufacturing + Warehouse + Planning + Sales business partners to align on risk and opportunities;
- Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed to help business partners make better decisions in a timely manner.
- Purchasing Business Partnering:
- This role will be responsible for aiding in the budgeting, forecasting and reporting of procurement savings across the areas of operating expense, cost of goods, and capital expense;
- Work closely for helping to identify opportunities for the procurement team to drive value. Provide procurement savings analytical support in actual reporting.

Job Description
The Finance Analyst/Manager, Customer Development Partnering will be a strong “commercial finance expert" by partnering with client leaders (Business Development/sales, Marketing, etc.) in an attempt to improve the financial results of the company. He/she will be the financial lead responsible for coordinating pricing for the organization's products. Key elements of the role include providing thought leadership in pricing methodologies, understanding the company's cost structure and desired profit margins, partnering closely with cross functional teams to lead and deliver analytic solutions, and performing ad hoc analyses to drive increased profitability and sales growth. The Finance Analyst, Customer Development Partnering should have a deep understanding of the economics and sold profitability drivers .

This position will work with a variety of people within the business unit inclusive of Sales, Procurement, Product Development, and Supply Chain.
Duties:
The following are essential duties and responsibilities for this position:
- Work closely with the various cross functional departments to develop pricing strategies and competitive bids; assess commodity fluctuations, manufacturing costs, profitability, market/category data, as well as supply chain/operational constraints; and present recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage and enhance the company's pricing structures, capabilities, and processes based on insights from internal and external sources including, but not limited to, competitive dynamics, market trends, customer research, commodity trends, and operational information
- Make formal and informal presentations on pricing strategies and programs, customer profitability, and key insights and recommendations
- Work with Procurement Finance to understand commodity fluctuations, report on impact to budget and forecast, and adjust customer pricing strategies
- Work with Supply Chain Finance to understand plant capabilities, capacities, and cost structures to understand the impact on pricing and profitability as well as potential alternatives for the customer.
- Support new product efforts through in-depth financial analysis and modeling for new products / new customers
- Partner with all levels of management in driving solutions to enhance product profitability.
- Analyze volume, mix and pricing changes within customers and key categories, summarize trends with respect to performance vs Prior Year, Forecast and Plan, and work with FP&A and the Commercial team to accurately reflect those trends into the Budget/Forecast.
- He/She interprets and articulates client analytics to Commercial leaders and helps influence commercial strategy and guides future commercial financial decisions on the basis of their impact on financial performance.
- He/She influences business growth and profitability through strategic financial leadership for clients and becomes known as the "expert" person for broader Finance and non-Finance understanding or insight into relevant client portfolios.
