KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / MAJOR TASKS:
Develop and implement content ideas appropriate for use in social media, owned media and earned media in support of the Digital Marketing. The candidate has as a keen eye for compelling content (both written and visual), an awareness of cultural trends, an aptitude for data-analysis, and a passion for ongoing social testing
- Review and map existing social media / website / KOL content strategy and work internally to assure a messaging plan that incorporates best practices, and enterprise goals particularly as it pertains to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and the company blog. This includes the strategic use of post to promote and other audience building tools.
- Draft, review and submit social media content for Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Work with web designer to develop graphical content for inclusion on the social media platforms in order to drive audience engagement.
- Create and/or support the development of video in support of brand messaging for social media channels. This includes acting as the producer for micro video content.
Our ideal candidate must be ready to wear many hats. When it comes to digital content, there's a lot to tackle, including crafting actual posts, analyzing metrics, spearheading social media always-on and campaign efforts, working with account service/creative teams and managing a budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years experience working in a digital agency setting in a similar capacity.
- Resourcefulness and a do-er attitude.
- Strong digital writing and editing skills.
- Understanding of SEO insights and translating them into content ideas.
- Basic understanding of HTML, Javascript and CSS
- Basic ability to operate hand-held video camera equipment.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with challenging deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Basic command of photo-editing software.

Job Title: Quality Data & Programs Manager

Objective:
To be the go to person with regards to Quality data analytics, and reporting. Ensuring the right reports and KPIs are updated and generated and participate in Quality improvement projects
Main Responsibilities:
- Gather accurate data and supporting information of key performance indicators (KPI's) for management reporting.
- Review and evaluate sourced factory quality system and quality status. To ensure their quality system and quality status could meet requirement.
- Continuously Refresh current Quality Information and Reporting systems. Drive towards real time
- Quality information and reports for and at factories
- Drive Monthly Customer Returns feedback meetings with key stakeholders and make teams accountable for improvements of products
- Identify related root cause analyses, as well as corrective and preventive actions, with the end-inview of driving continuous improvement towards the achievement of year-end management targets and objectives
- Work with sourced factory and team to optimize quality system, including quality data collection and summary, and SI/FI report analysis.
- Communicate with other sourced factory team, US headquarter, supplier and associated in other market for quality related issue.

Senior Merchandiser

We are now looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Senior Merchandiser, Ho Chi Minh, Việt Nam.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the various stakeholders in US headquarters and locally: Product Development, Sourcing, Design, Merchandising, Quality Assurance, vendors, Mills and others to drive the development, sampling, costing, etc of assigned products.
- Manage the feasibility, completeness and clarity of specs by liaising closely with upstream partners in HQ (product development, etc)
- Review the specs with vendors in the context of intended use of product, cost expectations, material specs, manufacturability etc, and give feedback to HQ as appropriate.
- Lead the development process, ensuring that high quality prototypes are created which address desired function, aesthetics, cost and manufacturability, including checking for quality, measurement, fit and adherence to construction standards. Provide options and recommendations to make improvement in the sample process.
- Review, analyse and independently validate vendor cost information throughout the entire creation process. Ensure compliance to agreed cost standards and timelines.
- Independently negotiate with vendors for the best product cost to achieve the highest cost margin.
- Ensure all development samples (prototypes, merchant samples, and sales samples) are produced accurately and are shipped on time.
- Work collaboratively with other LO functions – Material development, Production, QA, Technician, and Corporate Responsibility to ensure an on time buy ready and commercialization performance
- Drive effective problem solving and continuous improvement
- Proactively identify potential problems and make the appropriate recommendation to the management.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of data management systems (PDM, Cognos, Share Point) where applicable.

Specialize:
