- Responsible for service activities related to PCMO / MCO development
o Combine with Technical Supervisor to held product training for PCMO /MCO customers (Distributor, garages and workshops, POS).
o Combine with distributors to engage key partners to develop PCMO retail network.
o Plan and execute sponsorship and investment.
o Visit customers on a regular basis to build up relationship with existing customers and prospects.
- Design and manage sales and marketing programs designed to achieve agreed objectives
o Channel - Set up promotion programs (monthly and seasonally).
o Brand - Marketing events to improve awareness and perception of Motul brand
- Find, build and manage relationships with automotive oil distributor (s), business and brand partners, key retail outlets (garages, workshops, POS)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive, retail market development and marketing activities.
- Strong leadership, cross-functional team management and drive for results.
- Ability to build strong relationships with and lead/ influence senior executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Trained and skillful negotiator.
- Good speaker & effective presenter to senior executive audiences.
- Self-starter, leads and facilitates management of details needed to accomplish tasks; simultaneous management of several programs and initiatives.
- Ability to deliver quick decisions, have a decision making process in place.
- Must have excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Experience- driven problem solving skills.
- Business administration/Marketing/Engineering, Masters is a plus.
- Candidates with age: from 30+
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing in Automotive market (car and motorcycle), automotive spare-parts or other related industry.
- Thorough understanding of current consumer and marketing trends in the key product categories.
- Talented, entrepreneurial individual with a proven history of developing new business relationships with distributor(s); brand partners and retail market.

Sale Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Consult company products to customers.
- Build the business relation with the key customers.
- Develop the new business opportunities in waterworks plants and projects to achieve sales target.
- Monitor sales procedure: make quotations, deal contracts, delivery, payment.
- Support technical matters.

Packaging Commercialization Manager

Description
1. New supplier/application
- Work closely with Marketing and Procurement from designing/proposing appropriate materials to trial in production of new supplier/application for products/promotion programs as per plan.
- Leading testing agenda/follow-up for all packaging application at respective plant; with technical support to ensure productivity improvement.
- Summarize and extract report with precise data to get approval for mass production at all plants in VN.
2. Current supplier/application
- Build necessary procedures: standard packaging guideline, and quality control process for new packing/application for all plants.
- Review all packaging standard and quality process quarterly.
- Provide technical support - trouble shooting in packaging manufacturing at both Company and Co-packer plants.
- Conduct auditing suppliers and testing annually to make sure compliance with requirements
- Deal with customer complaints (internal and external) related to packaging of all VN.
3. Lab equipment
- Make guideline on lab equipment
- Be in charge of lab set-up for all plants.
4. Others
- Lead the training agenda on packaging testing methods for internal and external (suppliers).
- Ensure packaging appearance (CO2 retention, TA, Brix,...) met with all requirements for all products.
- Consolidate information from internal and external customers to propose packaging quality improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or other related technical field;
- 02 years of relevant experience in Packaging;
- Good knowledge on Production/ Maintenance;
- Knowledgeable on Food Safety, GMP;
- Good communication & negotiation skill;
- Leadership and determination to drive results;
- Work under high pressure;
- Good English for communication and understanding technical documents;

Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 10 staffs including three section managers.
- Controlling all financial, accounting activities and transactions of the company.
- Improving performance of the finance and accounting team.
- Upgrading IT infrastructure and ERP system
- Managing the operating working capital effectively.
- Appraising investment projects (CAPEX)
- Improving the internal control system of the company
- Conducting internal audits
- Preparing monthly and periodical forecasts (P+L, BS and CF)
- Making business analyses (sales, profit margin, promotional schemes etc.)
- Supervising month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing and reporting
- Monthly business and performance review
- Preparing annual budget and rolling forecasts.
- Preparing and updating five year strategy.
- Tracking and calculating cost reduction programs
- Deploying and implementing anti-bribery and corruption policy across functional departments

- Liaising with the regional office and UK head office for accounting, internal audit and financial issues.
- Liaising with related parties for all intercompany transactions
Requirements:
- Degree in economics (major in finance and accounting)
- In depth accounting and internal control experience in manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of VAS and IFRS and internal control principles
- Good command of English and Vietnamese
- Familiarity with accounting software, ERP and Microsoft office
- Strong adherence and belief in Health & Safety
- Good communication skills across all levels of an organisation as well as external.
- Builds internal and external networks.
