RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be in charge of Admin job (Book meeting room, car, tree, pantry, stationery,
    envelope, namecard, mail in/out…) 
  • Prepare check list for new member
  • Receptionist, Prepare visa
  • Office 3S, Office maintenance
  • Manage Admin expense to run effectively within budget & pay timely
  • Ha Noi office assets management
  • Support HR - Admin Dept to carry out HR Operation in Hanoi office if any.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • The accounting/finance degree is preferred
  • Experience in Admin
  • Communication skill, integrity, interpersonal skills, ownership, passion and interest in Admin field, hard working, good teamwork, fast learner, active, good attitude and motivated     
  • Good computer skills in a Microsoft

Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver based on custom scoped Statements of Work to F5 customers.
  • Assume technical responsibilities that may include, but are not limited to, problem identification, systems architecture definition, hardware/software specification, design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment.
  • Manage customer interaction and engagement, including documentation and follow-up.
  • Maintain expert level proficiency of F5 products and technologies through self-directed and formal training.
  • Maintain availability and flexibility to allow for maximum utilization.
  • Scope customer engagements and generate Statements of Work for future delivery.
  • Identify additional product/services opportunities within customer’s organization.
  • Mentor less experienced consultants
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Technical Knowledge

  • Expert knowledge in IP routing & switching.
  • Expert knowledge of TCP and UDP.
  • Expert knowledge of popular application protocols such as HTTP & DNS.
  • Experience with public cloud implementations such as Google Cloud, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with one or more orchestration/container technologies such as Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of NFV/SDN technologies, ideally coupled with experience using OpenStack, VMware NSX, Cisco ACI.
  • Experience with DevOps and programmability - e.g. NodeJS and leveraging REST.
  • Working knowledge and proficiency in F5 products and technologies – LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, APM, AFM.
  • Experience with TCL and JavaScript, ideally having used them in iRules and/or iControl.
  • Experience with application level switching and web technologies such as web application firewalls (WAF) and caching/compression.
  • Experience with IPSec and/or SSL VPN technologies.
  • Experience with ZebOS, BIND, SSH daemons/clients, tcpdump, snoop, ethereal and other packet sniffing software or products.
  • Experience with hosting implementations using IIS, Apache, NGINX, WebSphere, WebLogic, Oracle or similar web and application platforms.
  • Experience with scripting and development in *nix shell, Perl, Java, JavaScript, Python, C/C++, or similar environments.
  • Should be hands-on and be able to perform the function independently.
  • Ability to articulate and transfer complex ideas to a wide audience through both verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated strong written communication, presentation writing, and technical documentation skills.
  • Certified on at least one or more F5 products is a plus.
  • Obtain 30x certification within 3 months from start date.

Language Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Must also be fluent in local language as this role supports our local customers.
  • Multiple language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of related experience in a technical environment.
  • Should be hands-on and be able to perform the function independently.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Job may be performed on-site at a customer facility or data center, or in an office environment sitting at a desk or computer table.
  • Duties require the ability to utilize a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
  • Duties require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends)
