Responsibility :
- Financial Analysis in order to support for decision making to decide for expanding the direct coverage
- Distributor Profitability Management: Contributed to improve Distributors Profitability in order to achieve
Win Win Solution with our Key Distributors.
- Investment effectiveness Management: Manage bugdet of Key General Trade Project
- Provide financial insight on return on investment (ROI) of distributors, give advice to improve ROI.
- Control Trade Term structure (TTS) with distributors
- Build & control annual indirect budget of total Customer Development function.
- Business partner with business head
- Control total Trade Term Spending of the company, manage it within Framework
- Driving Investment Optimization and ROI through Promotion Guildline and Post evalution
- Financial Analysis in order to support for decision making; analyzing Rural opportunity for Customer Development VP to decide whether or not to expand direct coverage...
- Distributor Profitability Management: Contributed to improve Distributors Profitability in order to achieve Win Win Solution with our Key Distributors.
- Investment effectiveness Management: Manage bugdet of Key General Trade Project such as Perfect Store, Wholesales support...together with Business partner to finetune the plan, scrutinize the spending in order to maximize Return on Investment
Requirements:
- Qualified CA with at least 5 years of experience in commercial finance,
- Prior exposure to business case evaluation and financial modelling will be critical for success in this role.
- You have a track record in identifying business trends, providing sound recommendations and establishing relationships with senior business stakeholders.
- To succeed in this role, you will be described as personable, enterprising and a strong business partner.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

Requirements

Requirements:
- Good in English (the person will be reporting directly to Chief Accountant, who is Vietnamese, but also working closely with the Chef Executive who is American – candidate has to have skills to communicate with the Chef about the ingredients need to buy, prices for them etc., so at least intermediate English skills are required).
- At least 2 years work experience in F&B industry, as Cost Controller.
- Those two above points are most important, everything else is not significant.

Position : Head of Internal Audit

Report to Group Chief Internal Audit

Job Descriptions:
- Identify and assess risks relevant to the Company activities in order to establish the audit plan.
- Prepare the audit work schedule which includes objectives of the audits, the auditable units/activities, budgeted man – hours and human resource requirements.
- Ensure audit activities are conducted in accordance with the internal audit ‘s requirement methodology and appropriate standards prescribed by company to achieve audit objectives.
- Monitor and review the working papers to ensure adequacy and accuracy to support the audit observations, conclusions and recommendations.
- Provide value-added recommendations for new projects, process improvements and review of the relevant manuals/ internal procedures/policies.
- Ensure timely finalizaion and submission of audit report, consistent audit findings and recommendations with business objectives.
- Perform any other ad-hoc task as requested by Supervisory Board.
Qualification & other requirements:
- Bachelor ‘s Degree or above in Law/Auditing/Accounting and other professional certificates ( CIA/CPA/ACCA) as an added advantage.
- Certificates on basic knowledge on securities and securities market & law on securities is required. Brokerage certificate by State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) is desirable.
- Experience in reporting and presenting at executive level.
- Experience in managing a team
- Solid understanding of governance, risk and control concepts and the International Professional Practices Framework ( IPPF) by the Institute of Internal Auditor (the IIA)
Competencies:
- Strong analytical capability to identify and evaluate issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the company.
- Effective report writing skills and exellent communication in English, both verbally and writing.
