  • Should have wide home appliance GT ( general trade ) channel all over Vietnam until Hue middle of VN
  • Had better have home appliance MT channel all over Vietnam until Hue middle of VN
  • Should have sales leader / manager experience.
  • Should have ability to use English fluently
  • Hardworking person ( we start from zero , therefore we need hardworking person )

Description

  • Look for new customers and business opportunities by focusing in strategic groups and target of the Company in the range of services.
  • Deal, negotiate and secure the contract with customers with ensuring the benefit for the company.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve the requirements of customers.
  • Maintain good relations with existing customers and develop new customers to ensure incremental sales by seniority. 
  • Developing partnerships with vendors, suppliers, warehouse and trucking to obtain competitive prices, good services, cargoes to exchange and consign to enrich the source of customers and increase profits.
  • Assist superior to prepare and develop sales and marketing, customer services policies to drive sales and services, development of the customers.

Requirements

  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, hardworking and have mind of target achievement, able to work under high pressure.
  • Good at both team working and independent working, and have good mind at services management.
  • Have positive mind and willing to go out for visiting and dealing with customers.
  • Good knowledges of W&D, CC, FF and able to deal with medium and big size company, complicated projects.
  • Good at English, Computer, Chinese would be an advantage.
  • Good at communication, presentation and able to work in international working environments.
  • Creative at works and good at problem solving skills.

Job Duties:

  • To be responsible for Top Sales turnover for air & sea freight, and Contract logistics;
  • To be directly responsible for the Air & Sea sales development and with targets;
  • To monitor & coach the sales team to expand their capabilities and build sales managers in the organization;
  • To plan and implement Sales and Marketing strategies for the Company Branch;
  • To help establish and direct the development and implementation of short and long term business plans for the company and to oversee preparation of divisional sales budgets in support of these plans;
  • To plan and lead the direction of the department to deliver quality, timely and successful responses to RFQs. To ensure that transportation concepts and value added services are offered;
  •  Anticipate and effectively deal with and inform the Country Management about market and customer trends that could enhance the organization’s opportunities or adversely impact business results;
  •  To establish meaningful KPIs and monitor the success for the sales team;
  •  To establish periodical reports and statistics for the Country Management;
  •  To represent the company in business associations;
  •  To contribute to the identification of specific business opportunities and participate in development of new or modified service offerings;
  •  To interface with other departments to ensure a smooth working relationship. Ensures sales contracts indicate clear payment terms and helps to collect accounts receivables as and when needed;
  •  To ensure that the department’s operations conform to laws, policies, rules and regulations of the relevant authorities and the company.;
  •  To travel in the region and inter-continental as and when required;

Requirement:

 Education:  Bachelor degree or above;

Experience:  forwarding experience and management experience;

Language Skills:  Fluent English both in written and speaking;
