Main duties:
- Oversee all marketing activities.
- Prepare marketing strategy to increase market coverage of company product and image
- Provide strategic recommendations based on extensive market research and analysis.
- Build up, supervise and check the implementation of marketing plans.
- Develop for new concept ideas, projects and execution of key marketing strategies.
- Monitor the evolution of packaging product market, including consumers, competition, trends...
- Align with product management and the group facilities to transfer best practice
- Execute market research on new market trends, products and competitors
- Develop marketing materials to generate sales leads.
Requirements:
- From 8 year experience in marketing, of which at least 3 year experience in marketing management position.
- An experience in packaging product marketing would be a plus.
- Strong marketing and commercial awareness.
- An ability to analyze and summarize.
- Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and external contacts.
- Creative, outward & pleasant personality.
- Good communication in English.
- Germany language literacy would be a plus.

Position : Marketing Communications Manager
Salary : $3,000 - $5,000 + good benefit or negotiate
Our client is a global leading B2B business products seeking for a strategic position for their marketing division The new talent will be offered a great career development & working environment.
The primary role of measured awareness, share of voice and preference by delivering strategically sound and tactically superior “self-correcting” communications to targeted markets using all available and appropriate media. The Marketing Communications Manager is supposed to continuously integrate, implement and enrich global marketing processes across all businesses and local markets. Further overall responsibilities include developing, implementing, measuring and improving country campaigns targeted at key decision makers, influencers and partners in order to contribute to the Company commercial objectives.
Accountabilities :
- Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company’s business strategy in order to ensure company’s long-term viability, profitability and market share.
- To develop, manage and execute the integrated communication plan based on Global Marketing guidelines
- To work closely with local BU lead, local product marketing, local field marketing team to build up and deploy Integrated Marketing Plan ( one and three year plan).
- In teamwork with Regional Strategic Marketing; Director; Local BU head to allocate and control marcom budgets by customer segments.
- Develop and implement an integrated local tactical marcom plan based on strategic guidance and local market needs in order to boost sales
Requirements:
- University Degree in Business school (or other similar Marketing Education)
- At least 5 year experience in Marketing and/or Communications
- Prefer to work for MNCs or famous local communications group, including agency.
- Public relations and trade marketing experiences are advantages.
- Understanding of multi –culture markets with various business models
- Customer insights/Lead management/ KPIs oriented.
- Interested in technical products and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and social skills resulting in the ability to guide and inspire teams
- Good written and spoken English
- Willing to work in a multifunction team and able to work with other global teams
- Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement

Position : Country Sales Representative
Report to : Asian Export Director
Located : Ho Chi Minh - Vietnam
Main responsibilities
- Introduce and make presentations of company products to our current and potential customers
- Visit regularly customer in the area of responsibility to collect orders and give them service
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Research the market for potential customers: shoes factories and cutter workshops
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
- Carry out market research and surveys. Participate in sales events such as fairs and tradeshows.
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
Key Competencies and Languages skills
- Excellent communications skills in Chinese.
- Fair command of English both oral and written.
- Local language will be a plus.

Education and Experience
