Description

We have a job open in the position of Territory Sales Manager(level 1) – Fluid Connector Group (FCG) base in Hanoi, So we should find candidates in Hanoi.

We also find candidates in the position of Sales Engineer or Senior Sales Engineer which attracts them to be up to Territory Sales Manager position.  

The candidate will report to Territory Sales Manager (level 2)- MSG & FCG.

We need candidates (hunter sales)  who have direct experience of FCG products and can communicate in English. 
Details of Fluid Connector product are :

  • Hydraulic hose and connectors (all pressures)
  • Hydraulic tubing and fittings (all pressures)
  • Industrial hose and tubing and associated fittings.

Job title: Senior Key Account Manager

Salary : $2000 - $3000 + 13th Month Salary+ bonus + Sales Commission

Working location : Ha Noi.

Accountabilities:

  • Handle Total Independent SuperMarket /MiniMart/Convenience Stores in North.
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints
  • Manage Trading term & Contract
  • Develop & Align Joint Business Plan to deliver Business target (Top-line & Bottom line) of both companies and increase P&G Value Share.
  • Manage Promotion budget; Plan & Execute Promotion activities
  • Deliver in-store fundamentals (Distribution, Pricing, Merchandising)
  • Deploy, lead, manage Operation team to ensure the company new launch, new initiative, event, activation, store opening.
  • Participate in the integrated commercial planning process through development of annual Joint Business Plan that support brand and channel plans.
  • Manage, penetrate and develop relationships with key customers at all levels.
  • Be responsible for the account’s sales target and business goals
  • Plan & design promotion scheme, manage in-store execution by account.
  • Manage promotion and visibility budget.

Job Requirement

  • Prefer Graduated University or College degree.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, experiences in B2B , Key Account Management.
  • English: listening, speaking, reading, writing fluently
  • Enthusiastic, hard-working, energetic and ability to work under pressure.
