JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching for salesman candidates who are proactive and passionate about company products and the customers they serve. Sales managers will act as a point of contact for customers. You will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with customers contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the customer. You also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of customer data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, negotiation, hunting and problem-solving skills. You should be dynamic, positive, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with customer.
Responsibilities:
- Build the strategic sales plan to grow the turnover together with Senior Sales Manager.
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Building relationships with customers based on trust and respect.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate customer need fulfilment.
- Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behaviour.
- Keeping the control to inventory and account collection.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Identifying industry trends.
- Acting as a customer advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
- More education or experience may be preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyse the market data/SWOT
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.

Marketing Manager

Position: Marketing Manager
Report to: Regional CEO
Salary: $3,000 - $5,000 or Negotiate + good benefit

Responsibilities :
- Define, build, and execute thought leadership program;
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring marketing budget;
- Responsible for social media strategy, management, and execution;
- Coordinate and Support prospect pipeline and delivery
- Plan and execute on third party and UpClear-hosted events;
- Support and Coordinate the Customer Relationship Management practice;
- Manage development of best in class marketing collateral (pitch decks, videos, one pagers, website content, etc);
- Work closely with CEO and management team to define marketing strategy and marketing calendar for the year;
- Coordinate regional resources to facilitate content creation.
Requirements:
- Work successfully both independently and as part of a team where consensus is required;
- Develop and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple platforms;
- Experience working as a key contributor in the marketing strategy team for a Fintech firm or traditional financial institution;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- An ownership mentality;
- Ability and strong desire to work in a fast-paced, rapid growth start-up;
- Assist in managing marketing budget, including selecting/managing outside vendors as needed for graphic design, printing, etc;

- Utilize analytics to develop and measure effectiveness of marketing programs;

Technical Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Creates client-visit itinerary for the next week and submits this the Friday before to the Commercial Manager (CM).
- Sells raw materials to his/her assigned accounts.
- Visits clients, to monitor and service all needs of the customer, and thereby create and contribute to more sales.
- Works with the CM and Group Sales Coordinator, to prepare, submit, and monitor quotations and samples.
- Prepares Weekly Summary Report, which includes client inquiries, sales, and market updates (i.e. client-wise, supplier-wise, product-wise) to facilitate the development of selling strategies.
- Assists clients in product innovations to increase business and turnover. This is achieved by providing frequent updates from the Raw Material Industry.
- Handles and addresses problems which may arise in the course of client’s transaction i.e. shipment delays, etc.
- Assists the Credit & Collection Department in payment monitoring of assigned clients.
- Monitors for indent/ forward businesses, the statuses of L/C deadlines, shipments, or any issue pertaining to a client’s order.
- Provides creative ideas and suggestions for better sales productivity, client coverage, and time management.
- Produces an annual Sales Forecast of his/her own clients.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the CM, or designate.
Qualifications Required:
- Graduate of BS in applied chemistry/ biological sciences/ biotechnology/ chemical/ chemistry/ food science or technology/ microbiology or similar course.
- Productive sales experience in similar field of not less than two (2) years, with strong inclination towards sales and client contact.
- High proficiency in both written and oral English.
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, team worker, solutions-driven.
- Meticulous, energetic, systematic, self-driven, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Facility to report regularly to superiors without prodding.
- Computer literate in Windows environment.
- Capability/potential for acquiring higher responsibilities.

Sales Admin Leader

Working location: Ho Chi Minh city
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the sales team involves processing orders, keeping track of customer information, and providing post-sale customer service reports.
- Develop and maintain a database that contains all of the important information for both current and prospective customers.
- Maintaining the accuracy of this database is crucial for an efficient delivery process.
- The Salesperson generates a sale, and it is the Sales Administrator who actually puts that sale through in the company system. This usually involves entering data into a computer, and can also include filing paper orders.
- Involved some customer service. If a customer has an issue with the delivery of the product, takes the call and fixes the issue.
- Update the company Sales Figures to reflect these numbers this requires advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software.
- Prepare and Present Reports as the responsibility to analyze sales figures and present these findings to support sales process and management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Having a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 Years of relevant Customer Services, and Sales Admin experience.
- A fast-paced position that requires the ability to multitask, strong number analyst.
- Master Excel and another software system are preferable.
- Well-organized, good at number skills, Teamwork spirit.

Senior Sales Manager
