• Having deep FE knowledge and understanding FE manual clearly to instruct, support, coach member(s) in group
  efficiently
• Be main PIC of KEY common works, from studying, proposal, planning, implementation until finish, final result >> can
  work / manage assigned common work / project independently with less follow up or support of supervisor
• Coordinate with group member(s) and other teammates to implement group's works >> take full responsibility for
  activity, result of group  
• Coordinate with group member and other teammates to ensure initial objectives
• Proactively to have new ideas, improvement in common work / project in charge continuously
• Implement / support common work of team (allocated works) as member smoothly: survey (product / market), internal
  / external training, field / monitoring test, market QA  
   
• Proactively and can implement / support all common works efficiently
• Support to develop business & dealer channel by training, providing neccessary product + technical knowledge >>
  develop techincal human resource in FC channel  
• Quality issue, claim handling to keep & enhance customer satisfaction 
• Understand well market in charge >> sale support in fleet approach, providing total solution for customer, pre / after sale services effectively  
• Market visualization by following up situation & movement and visualize by market profile of fleet, road / operating condition, competitor update, VOC/VOD...

Requirements

• Strong technical background
• High logical, problem solving, customer orientated
• Communication and reporting with proficient MS office
• English proficiency

Position: Farm Chief Operation Officer

Salary : 10,000- 15,000 + expatriate package

Report to : CEO

Working in Vietnam.

Objective : Oversee the Farm Operation both the hard & soft infrastructure .

Responsiblility :

• Design th
• Build up & take care all Farm Operation activies : selection of breeder, growing, breeding (gestating to farrowing), to weaning, grow out to ensure the company quality standard.
• Reparation and implementation of Health Programs from vaccination, prevention, treatment and diagnosis of swine diseases, as well as husbandry and management.
• Handle in the breeding, vaccination, diagnosis of animal diseases to many management activities such as human resource management, financial management, planning and reporting.
• Being in charge of various farm operational activities including breeding, vaccination&  medication, diagnosis of animal diseases to many management activities such as human resource management, financial management, planning and reporting.

Requirements:

• 8- 10 years experiences in managing & leading the Farm Operation.
• Excellent building  up & taking care all Farm Operation activies.
• Good at involving in  management and supervision, monitoring and coordination with the Technical personnel (Brooding, feeding, growing and management programs) as well as vaccination programs.
• Experienced working in large & high standard farm management in advance
• Expatrite is preferable
