Client Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage team to sell and deliver data analytics services to meet clients’ expectation
  • Ensure good data analyzing, and deliver the useful shopper insight, business opportunity identification and actionable recommendation matching with each client’s objective.
  • Manage daily client servicing needs and further drive the relationship with them.
  • Compose impactful proposal & deliver presentation to recruit new clients
  • Retain existing clients by ensuring clients’ satisfaction from the service quality and speed.
  • Develop team to achieve target performance
  • Coordinate with regional team to get the Ad Hoc reports or data to serve clients’ requirements
  • Develop analytical process to be faster and more effective
  • Timely handle client and other stakeholder enquiries and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing/Business Administration/Economics or related field
  • At least 3 year experience in Market Research / Category Management / Account Management / Trade Marketing / Shopper Marketing CRM
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skill with strong business acumen & marketing sense
  • Strong influencing, persuading and project management skill
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
  • Creative thinking
  • Good command of computer, especially in MS Excel, Pivot table and MS PowerPoint
  • Business Intelligence and Database basic foundation is preferable.

Role:
Manage overall QC activities in QC function to achieve the targets
Accountabilities:

  • Facilitate the development of product in the manufacturing process through transfer of best practice tools, building & implementation of an operating quality systems;
  • Provide technical support to new and existing business initiatives and product rollouts including ingredient/ product approvals;
  • Build a detailed knowledge base of local regulations on ingredients/ additives/ packaging/ labeling through interaction with local technical networks/ organization/ government agencies;

Requirements:

  • Technical University graduation in major Food Technology / Food chemical / Biotechnology
  • At least 5 years of experience in Lab/ Quality Control (preferable in Beverage/ Milk/ Food)
  • Knowledge/Training in GMP/ HACCP/ TQM / ISO is an advantage
  • Responsible, proactive, able to work under high pressure, logical thinking
  • Good at budget management, and coaching skill
  • Fluent Communication Skills in English : speaking, writing, listening, reading & translate technical documents

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads all operations throughout the development, commercialization and production process in close collaboration with all support functions of the assigned product team.

  • Partner with HQ Development Team, Marketing, Design and Product Testing to deliver product objectives, meet calendar timelines and meet costing targets.

  • Partner with material vendors and manufacturers to develop new fabrications and processes.
  • Is an innovative source of ideas to the product team through working with related vendors and manufacturers
  • Ensures all products are developed in accordance with design and specification requirements as detailed by the HQ product team while maintaining an emphasis on performance and integrity.
  • Is able to work within development timelines without compromising product quality and design integrity.
  • Has a good understanding of supplier timelines and ensures that these delivery timelines are met.
  • Is able to co-operate and communicate well with an internationally diverse group of colleagues around the world; is able to work closely with suppliers and manufacturers.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 10 years experience working in the footwear industry in a technical capacity (strong understanding of footwear manufacturing – pattern engineering, mold making, grading, material processing, test, costing, etc). especially have the experience for Cleated shoes development. 
  • IT knowledge
  • Preferably holds a degree in a post-secondary discipline (ex. Associate’s degree, B.A, etc).
