Description

Responsibilities :

The Brand Manager has the complete oversight of the fashion/ cosmetic business, including Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Merchandising, Inventory Management, Logistics & IT, Retail Operations, Training & Visual Merchandising.  

  • Build and implement Marketing Plan, working closely with  Asia agent team, but adapting to Vietnam market
  • Ensure marketing activities and media send out right image
  • Responsible for the development of CRM programs
  • Closely monitor business performance and market trends.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive incremental growth within region.
  • Respond to sales, market trends and develop action plans to drive sales & profitability.
  • Drive CRM and leverage consumer databases to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Report on all key market developments including overall consumer and regional market trends
  • Gather and maintain intelligence on size of market, competitor performance, etc.
  • Monitor development/expansion of the competition in respective markets.

 Requirements :

  • University degree in sale & marketing or relevant
  • Retail industry experience required
  • In depth understanding of all aspects of the business (Product, 4 Wall Management, Marketing etc..)
  • Ability to successfully work with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to drive business initiatives and dynamic business models
  • Experience developing, leading a high performance team
  • Strong collaborator and team player

Job Description:

  • The primary role of the Business Marcom Manager is to assist the Cluster Marcom Director with extending company's measured awareness, share of voice and preference by delivering strategically sound and tactically superior “self-correcting” communications to targeted markets using all available and appropriate media.
  • The Business Marcom Manager is supposed to continuously integrate, implement and enrich global marketing processes across all company businesses and local markets.
  • Further overall responsibilities include developing, implementing, measuring and improving country campaigns targeted at key decision makers, influencers and partners in order to contribute to company's commercial objectives

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business school (or other similar Marketing Education)
  • At least 5 years experience in Marketing and/or Communications
  •  Prefer to work for MNCs or famous local communications group, including agency.
  • Internal communications and trade marketing experiences are advantages.
  • Understanding of multi –culture markets with various business models
  • Customer insights 
  • Interested in technical products and solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills resulting in the ability to guide and inspire teams
  • Good written and spoken English
