Mission:

  • The C&B Manager is in charge of assisting to Human Resource Director in the accomplishment of the company’s compensation policies to meet the company's objectives with regards to internal equity and labor market competitiveness and to ensure the strict compliance with the national regulation

Activitives:

Compensation, Benefits and HR policies

  • Review salary calculating process, sales incentive, bonus, awards and recognition, and severance allowance
  • Elaborate new C & B policies based on business growth and granted budget
  • Analyze external market data as well as internal data about current and future HR needs to develop salary for budgeting and forecasting salary, consistent with the company's C& B policies
  • Effectively inform employee about C&B policies
  • Ensure the best implementation of policies according to company regulations and current law 

Budget planning

  • Provide database to elaborate Strategic plan, Annual Operation Plan, Operation Review, and Quarterly Forecasting to analyze/propose solutions for HR Director and COMEX Directors.
  • Follow & alert about headcount’s change to assure labor productivity
  • Follow and syntherize headcount plan
  • Build up reasonable HR cost and closely monitor HR cost

Elaborate salary fund analysis table

  • Check data before sending to DAF to run payroll and be responsible to follow the exactitude of data
  • Coordinate with HRM and DAF to ensure the effectiveness and exactitude of HR budget report

Maintain and develop relationships with state agencies

  • Maintain close relationship with authorities to ensure the best implementation of C & B policies complying with current labor law.

Others functions

  • Assign task, introduce, evaluate and develop the team member 
  • Advise and train HRM about labor law, rights and duties of HR Department in C&B
  • Consult other departments in all matters related to salary, bonus & benefits.
  • Maintain relationships with consulting partners and and services suppliers (assurance agencies…) to ensure the standard service for company
  • Take responsibility of managing and using of C&B software (C&B function in SAP)

  • Knowledges about Labour law and labour market in Vietnam, experience in retail market is a plus

Profiles

  • Education : Bachelor degree, majoring in Economic, Accounting-Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource Management (Accounting & Finance is preferable)

  • Languages : Good at both spoken & written English, French is a plus

Job title: Product Planning Engineer

Report Line: General Manager / Product Marketing Head

KEY RESPONSIBILITY & OBJECTIVES

1.      Market Assessment

  • Responsible for Vietnam market and competitor intelligence.
  • Drives and shares local consumer and shopper insights and requirements.

2.      Business Planning

  • Formulates Vietnam specific category strategies and plans and together with sales breaks those down into quarterly and monthly activity/account plans.
  • Owns the annual business planning cycle on local level and be responsible for local demand plan (rolling forecast).

3.      Product Planning

  • Manages the category portfolio including phase out/in and selection of new product (together with Global PM).
  • Implements global pricing guidelines on Vietnam market level.
  • Coordinates locally with Sales/Sales support, Quality, Customer Care, Manufacturing (where applicable), and centrally with MID PM, Sales Support, Operations Legal, Marketing and PD on related matters and Regulatory, Field trials etc.
  • Creates subsidiary marketing plan including Marketing requirements (PR, ATL/BTL, Online content and media plan), samples, and channel requirements (store display, promoters, training etc.).
  • Support account/sales team with for key customer analysis and offering development.

4.      New Proposition Launching

  • Provides key inputs for new global proposition development (volume estimates, pricing, locally relevant product specs, and other requirements).
  • Owns the local market introduction process per proposition, develops and executes new proposition launch/activation plans in line with category guidelines including Marketing requirements (press releases, ATL/BTL and basic assets and media plan) samples, and channel requirements (store display, promoters, training etc.
  • Post launch evaluation, consolidate and share learning.

5.      Business Management

 

  • Manages top and bottom line for the product group/category (sales, margin,expenses, profit, AR, Inventories).

UALIFICATION

  • Min 5 years’ experience in Product Management / Product Marketing.
  • Home appliance and/or Consumer Electronics background, CPG (FMCG) experience is also desirable.
  • Analytical, conceptual thinking, creative problem solving abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure in a high performance environment.
  • English fluency is a must, Chinese is an advantage.

  • In charge of different operations, which include everything from forecasting trends and buying through to transport and distribution.

Position Summary (Briefly state the primary purpose of the Job)

Supply Chain Manager plays the critical role contributing in the company’s bottom lines, successes,
development and growth by being leadership role in her/his scope of people management; creating a
competitive advantage for VN Company through purchasing, logistics, distributing products and
services which provide superior value to the customers. He/she also plays the business partnering role
and supports business decision making through added value contributions through valuable Supply
Chain strategies. SC manager is expected to plan, organize, and control the flow of materials and
finished goods to ensure that goods are timely served customer, at the right cost, within the budget,
and at the safety standard.
In co-operation with the Department Manager to formulate strategies for the business development
and thru being responsible for their implementation within the portfolio allocated.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive cost reduction through strategic sourcing activities in Vietnam with corporate supplier strategies / direction.
  • Analyze department budget requests to identify areas in which reduction can be made and allocate operating budget.
  • Ensure smooth operation and communicate key activities to personnel under Customer Pricing, Materials, Purchasing / Sourcing and Store.
  • Assure sourcing, supply chain management, inventory plans are in place to ensure continuity in supply and minimal excess / obsolescence.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Knowledge/ Skills:

  • Knowledge in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
  • Experienced in establishing supply chain based performance measurement systems
  • Project management experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office applications and ERP system.
