Our client - a leading company in Electrical and Energy Solution is looking for a Strategic HRBP:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management:
  • Lead and direct Talent Management in the Country engaging and involving all entity HR / HRBP / managers in the process.
  • Develop guidelines, policies, specific projects in partnership with Global HR Talent Strategy and Organization Development to ensure the best support to the business objectives within the Region / BU / Global Function.
  • Identify and develop top potentials/leaders: support the organization in growing enough talents in quantity and quality and manage performance in order to meet tomorrow’s business challenges
  • SE Talent Management Strategy & Practices
  • Lead SE global talent management strategy and practices in Country
  • Team Management
  • Manage and animate Countries and Department HRs and Managers in order to develop teams to deliver expected HR targets
  • Talent Management Processes
  • Own and deploy Talent Management Processes: communicate and ensure implementation of all Performance Appraisal, Escalating People Review and Career Review campaigns in order to have a uniform and systematic approach to employee development
  • Bring innovative solutions to staff key positions
  • Recruitment & Internal Mobility
  • Ensure effective recruitment, induction procedures and internal mobility processes
  • Enhance/enable mobility to/from other entities in order to develop global leaders
  • Challenge, influence and convince HRBP/Managers within own entity to answer business needs and develop potentials through stretching assignments
  • Learning and Development
  • Drive the Assessment processes in order to accelerate potentials development
  • Support in building the training offer: suggest career evolutions, identity leadership trainings needs
  • Manage Potentials development through:
  • Individual development plans
  • Participation in executive development programs
  • Exposure to executives in specific events
  • Organize career interviews and specific internal career days
  • Diversity
  • Develop diversity among BU / Region: enlarge and diversify the talent pool (gender, new economies, newly-acquired companies)
  • Build local projects / initiatives and contribute to global ones
  • Talent Retention Management
  • Monitor attrition rate & compensation package; put in place the right conditions to control attrition rate: analyze departure reasons, conduct exit interviews and deploy consistent action plans
  • HRIS / Reporting
  • Monitor update of all data related to Performance Management, CCR and & People Review into People Soft in order to ensure data quality; animate entity dashboards on Talent Management; contribute to all global initiatives to improve data analysis and reporting, to make sure we have accurate information to make decisions at strategic level.
  • HRBP:
  • In constant partnership with his/her business leader, proposes efficient HR solutions (costs / time) that are suited to the business challenges and guarantees the application of Group HR policies.
  • Contribute to the design of organization (skills, resources, processes) to suit business challenges and HR strategy.
  • Structure - Design - Build - Master high-performance solutions (cost, quality, time) to meet the Business need. More specifically:
  • Manages the People aspect of the SPS in the industrial and project environment.
  • Manages the Competency Master Plan process as part of global functions, BU or country subsidiary functions
  • Coordinates the resources / business needs within the framework of sales organization, in particular Services
  • Steer the implementation of change management operations: ensure that Line Managers become autonomous and have the good HR postures by communicating, training them and guiding them through the HR processes, tools and systems
  • Coordinate and guarantee that processes as well as HR program (especially Workforce Planning) are being correctly carried out around Group values.
  • Contribute to employees' professional development, focusing more specially on high potentials and talents. Ensure the right resources are at the right jobs within the entity. Facilitate internal mobility.
  • Depending on the nature of the operational entity served: Guarantee a good social climate - Manage labor relations and legal aspects for the entity - Contribute to occupational health.

Job Requirements:

  • Master in BBA / Human Resources or MBA holder
  • Overseas education or working experience highly preferred
  • At least 8 years HR generalist experience with focus on talent acquisition
  • Experience in handling talent development and strategic workforce planning an definite advantage
  • High energy level, passionate and result oriented
  • Excellent inter-personal and influencing skills to work with business leaders and global HR teams within / outside countries
