Main Responsibilities:

A reliable logistics assistant manager to be responsible for the logistics portion of supply chain management. Candidate will develop, maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements on logistics for distribution goods.

•Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

Qualification:

- BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain

- English is the must
- Proven working experience as a logistics supervisor 
- Computer skill in MS Office,E-mail, internet and system acknowledge 
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as manage people
- Have commercial awareness and some numeric.

• Responsibilities & requirements:
• Trucking
• Plan, direct and monitor transport and distribution activities so that organize goods and materials are transported safely and cost effectively
• Develop partnerships with outside carriers
• Assure total customer satisfaction by proactively communicating with customer to discuss performance and develop action plans as necessary.
• Customs Clearance
• Supervise the whole team of CC Team, manage the their performance under support from Customs Clearance Manager
• Advise for solution in the case of requires
• Maximize pre-clearance performance with the accurate and appropriate customer declaration
• Ensure accurate preparation of Customs declarations and the timely lodgement of those declarations
• Review the work of the team incorporating a risk management approach
• Analyze clearance performance and take the corrective action in co-operation with the relative parties 
• Identify the cost saving/efficiency opportunities within clearance activities/organization
• Contract logistics
• Supervises the whole team of Contract logistics, manage their performance under support from Warehouse Manager
• Manage warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing material goods.
• Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs.
• Monitor staff to ensure that all machines and equipments are operated in a safe manner
• Over 5 year experience in transportation and logistics business;
• 4 years of managerial experience in supply chain/logistics operations required
• Good presentation skills / Communication Proficiency / Organizational Skills
• Time management & Problem solving / Analysis
• University degree required

• Experience in ocean / air freight (more experience in Airfreight)
