Responsibilities:
- Develop SC Capability Development Strategy / Implementation Plan within the framework of SC Strategy to design and adapt global training curriculum with local tailored-made training needs
- Develop Annual SC Training plan in conjunction with SC, HR and regional SC team based on specific training needs analysis and overall SC competency needs for all SC forces.
- Design courses, develop training materials, Implement and adapt reality of "SC Capability Development Plan" including nationwide SC capability plan and local tailored-made training plan by working closely with Regional SC team to assure the training plan fulfillment, alignment and execution has been implemented as designed.
- Design sustainable SC force Career Roadmap and provide necessary training & development plan to support the career development framework
- Design effective training & development tracking system in-place to identify key performers and prepare for succession planning within SC department
Requirements:
- University graduated – prefer in technical
- Experience in SC Training & Development
- Understand well and/or have experience with Production, SHEQ, Asset Care…
- 3-5 years of experience in management
- Understand Organization Development Methodology & HR related matters
- Advanced Negotiation & Influencing, Inspiring, Coaching & Training, Communication skills
- Discipline; Results Oriented
- Business Planning; Financial Acumen
National QEOSH Manager

Job Description
To lead total QEOSH function for three plants in Viet Nam in order to ensure full compliance with all local regulations and KO requirements related to food safety, quality, environment and occupational health & safety.
1. Manage and drive the QEOSH system in CCBV to meet local requirements and KORE.
2.Consistent achieve QEOSH objectives
3.Ensure the compliance to Work Right audit (QEOSH related)
4. Ensure the implementation of POV effectively
5. Participate into commercialization process in term of SRA and product/packaging innovation
6. Finacial control: ensure the actual COE does not go beyond the BP
7. People development: ensure trainig plan being conducted as planned, monitor performance and develop succession plan for plant QEOSH manager and QEOSH compliance officer
Job Requirement
Masters degree in food technology or Food sciences.
University graduated
5 - 7years working in food industry
