RESPONSIBILITIES
Pro-actively drive the sales and marketing of the entire branch to meet revenue targets.
To actively market company’s packages to patients yourself and through overseeing the Aesthetic Consultants in this role.
To ensure that all facilities at the branch are at optimum level of operation.
To maintain discipline and order in accordance to company’s protocol at the branch.
To be overall in-charge of the branch's smooth operations
Develop marketing/sales plans in conjunction with the sales target given
Co-ordinate and execute sales and marketing initiatives
Actively pursue business-to-business marketing and assist with in-house sales when needed
Compile and sustain company HCMC's patient database as well as marketing analytics
Take charge of conception and maintenance of all sales and marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, visual media, coffee table book etc.)

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for overseeing/managing staff of Product Specialists [or Medical Representative; MR] that sells the company products and promotional programs in an assigned region of the country. National Business Development manager provides hands on leadership and guidance for the organization in which you are accountable for ensuring growth in sales and maintaining profitability by staying within the assigned budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
· Ensure that the company sales targets and objectives are met by monitoring monthly quarterly and annually.
· Guide and coach product specialists and manage each account effectively.
· Optimize the department structures, roles and territories in order to deliver the best outcome and run an efficient organization.
· Build the team to become business development managers in each territory to assist customers to grow their practice for Merz products and build long-term customer relationships.
· Review customers on a regular basis to assess what strategies or programs are required to meet their needs and bring additional business.
· Analyze key metrics for territory sales growth and the development of strategic plans to increase revenue and improve all sales effectiveness/productivity.
· Motivate whole team to maximize their potential and support their capability development.
· Ensure the product specialists to be compliant with healthcare compliance and regulations and all the company policies and procedures.
· Encourage cooperation and the best practice sharing within and amongst the team members.
· Supply the company with any and all competitive information made available through customers or sales force.
· Closely work with key internal functions such as marketing, medical, RA, customer service and etc. and demonstrate high level of collaboration in order to come out the best solution for the best outcome.
· Get involved in marketing programs by sharing constructive feedback and encourage sales force to flawlessly roll out the marketing programs.
· Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
INTERACTS WITH:
Internal: Incumbent will work closely with all staff of Marketing, Medical, Finance, RA and Customer Service.
External: Incumbent will work occasionally with all customers in the responsible region.

EDUCATION
Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRES
1. Experience selling to physicians in the cosmetic medical product market (dermal filler, Botilinum toxin, energy device) is desired.
2. About 7 to 10 years of sales & marketing experience, proven track record of consistently overachieving sales quota is required.
3. People management experience is required.
4. Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
5. Ability to prospect and uncover new opportunities as well as provide account management functions.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, closing and negotiation skills, as well as decision-making skills.
7. Ability to work in a team environment and create a team environment.
8. Ability to build a strong technical knowledge of products sold by the company.
9. Ability to build strong customer relations with all customers within the region.
