Description
Responsibilities:
- Planning, directing, or coordinating production activities of an organization to ensure compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures
- Formulate or implement regulatory affairs policies and procedures to ensure that regulatory compliance is maintained or enhanced
- Communicate regulatory information to multiple departments and ensure that information is interpreted correctly
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations including proposed and final rules
- Monitor emerging trends regarding industry regulations to determine potential impacts on organizational processes
- Oversee documentation efforts to ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations and standards
- Provide responses to regulatory agencies regarding product information or issues
- Act as a liaison with outside manufacturing vendors to ensure manufacturing compliance
- Perform onsite inspections of contract manufacturing and raw material suppliers when needed
- Act as a liaison with contract manufacturing regulatory departments. Develop and maintain product information for consumer and customer questions
- Work with customer service departments to respond and address consumer and customer Complaints
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Over 2 years’ experience, preferably 4 years in a Regulatory compliance role
- Ability to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
- Communicating effectively in writing to the recipients. Ability in speaking with others to convey information effectively
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for the management of our client's product - although this portfolio is subject to change depending on the needs of the business
- Define the market by obtaining a clear understanding of environmental factors and key stakeholder requirements
- To be continuously alert for any changes to these requirements, using IT based reporting methods, interpersonal networks and other sources of market intelligence
