Finance Manager

This position is responsible for corporate accounting and internal reporting for Company and subsidiaries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare monthly reporting package, including comparative reports of operating results and financial position and variance explanations.
• Prepare monthly forecast update, primarily by working closely with department heads in forecasting their department’s overheads.
• Assist with preparation of quarterly parent company reporting package.
• Prepare or review annual audit workpapers and the six-months review workpapers for the outside auditors.
• Assist in preparing annual audited financial statements.
• Review bank reconciliations, loan schedules, management fees, etc.
• Prepare or review the tax computation and other government forms.
• Preparation (or review), analysis and true-ups of corporate allocation and recoveries.
• Review intercompany billings to parent company, including the follow up of payment.
• Assist the management in preparing the annual corporate budgets.
• Manage the work and development of staff members.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate books and subsidiaries

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experienced in Company Reporting requirements, Strong organizational and management skills.
• Ability to see the big picture while focusing on the process and procedures necessary to produce deliverables.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
• Ability to meet and establish deadlines.
• Experience in forecasting and budgeting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Able to travel at short notice.

MISSION

Supply Chain Manager plays the critical role contributing in the company’s bottom lines, successes, development and growth by being leadership role in her/his scope of people management; creating a competitive advantage for company through purchasing, logistics, distributing products and services which provide superior value to the customers. He/she also plays the business partnering role and supports business decision making through added value contributions through valuable Supply Chain strategies. SC manager is expected to plan, organize, and control the flow of materials and finished goods to ensure that goods are timely served customer, at the right cost, within the budget, and at the safety standard.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive cost reduction through strategic sourcing activities in Vietnam with corporate supplier strategies / direction.
• Analyse department budget requests to identify areas in which reduction can be made and allocate operating budget.
• Ensure smooth operation and communicate key activities to personnel under Customer Pricing, Materials, Purchasing / Sourcing and Store.
• Assure sourcing, supply chain management, inventory plans are in place to ensure continuity in supply and minimal excess / obsolescence.
• Ensure site accomplishes good inventory turns and return on capital.
• Assure strategic supplier relationships are pro-actively established.
• Manage the accuracy and reliability of the demand plan and responsible of driving demand forecast in collaboration across sales to achieve organization's supply chain functions.
• Develop good understanding of country/segment/product sales trends and ability to apply insights to demand planning & revenue projection
• Supervise sales administration, purchasing and logistics functions of the organization.
• Plan and organize stock take, make decisions on stock adjustment and establish stock policy.
• Source, negotiate and evaluate performance of local transport companies and forwarding agents.
• Attend to customers’ complaints and make effective decisions in-line with policies and practices.
• Timely and cost effective operations of supply chain team 
• Ensure excellent customer service standard and efficiency in the supply chain team
• Be accountable for timely supply chain reports and data.
• Determine and implement continuous improvements to the production process
• Closely working with Repair and maintenance team for plant assets and equipment maintenance to ensure warehouse condition continuity.
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed. Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers; Reviewing production and worker performance;
• Identifying training needs to improve staffs’ competencies
• Any other duties or projects as reasonably requested by General Directors.

Knowledge/ Skills

• Knowledge in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Experienced in establishing supply chain based performance measurement systems
• Project management experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft office applications and ERP system.
• Experience of quality systems and standards
• Experience of health and safety standards and compliance
• Knowledge of business, finance and management principles
• Experience of human resource principles and practices
• Solid Computer skills

• More than 5 years working experiences in the same level. 

Qualification

• Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics,

MISSION

Production Manager plays the critical role contributing in the company’s bottom lines, successes, development and growth by being leadership role in her/his scope of people management, technical management, supervision and control production. He/she also plays the business partnering role and supports business decision making through added value contributions through valuable production strategies. Production manager is expected to plan, organize, and control production to ensure that goods are produced efficiently and sufficiently, on time, at the right cost, within the budget, and at the quality standard.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Participate in the production plan process
• Be accountable for setting up, adjusting, implementing, and controlling production schedules. Making strategic decision as necessary to alter production schedule when time or budget limitations are reached or as per business decision.
• Play the critical role of production cost controlling by analyzing and managing current production methods and develop new ways to save time and material in order to save costs.
• Closely work and liaise with Finance team to build up production cost.
• Improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Be accountable for set up, implement, control, and evaluate production budget.
• Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure the availability of quality labor resources for production
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and participate in the procurement process to ensure the technical requirements are delivered accordingly.
• Set up, determine, implement, enforce, and improve production control standards. Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to.
