Main Job task and responsibilities
- Introduce and make presentations of company products to our current and potential customers
- Visit regularly customer in the area of responsibility to collect orders and give them service
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Research the market for potential customers: shoes factories and cutter workshops
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
- Carry out market research and surveys. Participate in sales events such as fairs and tradeshows.
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
Education and Experience
- Experience in Sales, preferably in the Shoes industry or Shoes components Industry.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications. Microsoft Office, Email and Internet surfing
- Knowledge of principles and practices of sales and customer service
Key Competencies and Languages skills
- Excellent communications skills in Chinese.
- Fair command of English both oral and written.
- Local language will be a plus.

Position : Senior Architecture
Salary : US$3.000 - US$5.000
Accountabilities :
- Complete all drawings, specifications and estimates necessary for successful bid and construction.
- Participate in all phases of projects from scope development, schematic design and contract documents through construction administration and project closeout.
- Direct and manage work on in-house projects and supervise consultants to produce complete, thoughtful, sustainable and technically excellent designs.
- Coordinate multiple technically complex projects simultaneously. Maintain accurate project data and manage project milestones to ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct reviews of Architecture design and construction documents to obtain a clear understanding of the project scope and requirements. Develop list of questions and concerns as required to communicate in writing with PM, PD, consultants, suppliers and contractors.
- Develop requests for proposals to obtain architectural or engineering consultant services as necessary.
- Supervise and mentor junior architectural staff. Review documents for constructability and bid readiness.
- Conduct site inspections of construction projects as directed to ensure compliance with design documents.
- Actively contribute to the architecture unit’s development of production standards and systems.
Job Requirement:
- At least 10 years in practice post qualification.
- Ability to lead project teams internally and design teams externally, define and manage key deliverables.
- Fluency with current contractual and statutory planning requirements.
- Experience through all stages of a project from inception to completion.
- Excellent design skills.
- Excellent AutoCAD skills& BIM knowledge.

Position: Design Manager ( Expat)
Salary range : US$5.000- US$ 7.000
- Perform pre-construction, construction and post-construction Inspection Works, ensuring the works are completed according to the designers’ intent, approved documents and shop drawings, and prepare and submit reports.
- Conduct and keep records/minutes of coordination meetings with Consultants and Contractors to effectively manage and efficiently control work progress, quality of work, coordination, and conformance to schedules.
- Review Drawings, Specifications and anticipate potential problems and propose feasible solutions to mitigate defects and non-conformances.
- Produce sketches and drawings to explore design alternates and “what-if” scenarios as required by the Project Director and Construction Manager.
- Review and check the shop drawings for the accuracy of its content and that all proposed works conform with the design intent, drawings and specifications prior to submission to the Design Consultants.
- Ensure Document Control has made available only the most up to date drawings and confirm they are used by the Project Team.
- Participate in construction contract scope formulation to assure procedures and timelines are adequately provided for.
- Assist the Quantity Surveyors in the preparation of Bills of Quantities.
- Prepare Monthly Progress Reports and other reports as required by the PD for submission to the Project Director.
- Review and check As-built drawings, Operating and Maintenance Manuals.
- Provide advice upon request of the Project Director and/or Construction Manager regarding general construction administration.
Job Requirement:
- Graduate of Architecture University with minimum Bachelor of Science Degree.
- At least fifteen (15) years of continuous experience in architecture and interior design and coordination with other disciplines in similar role and/or as designer.
- Must be proficient in the use of Computer, MS Office, AutoCAD software, BIM.
- Must be familiar with all Contract Documents, Mail/Correspondence Types and Project Management Forms.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Willingness to do some travelling for work.

Position : Quantity Surveyor
Role : Managing Director (oversea)
Salary : USD 2000- USD 3000
OBJECTIVE:
- The Quantity Surveyor’s primary responsibility is to examine and interpret plans in accordance with Project Manager directions to understand the scope of works and then prepare a detailed and accurate BOQ.
- To efficiently learn and master a range of programs to complete measurements in.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:
- Logical accurate and timely preparation of documentation
- Communicate effectively and complete measures to the satisfaction of
- Managers and other staff in oversea.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read tender documentation and assess risks with the oversea Manager. Including specifications to identify any ‘special’ requirements.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities in the correct format as required by oversea Managers.
- Promptly analyse the impact of tender addendums and update changes to BOQ’s and budget spreadsheet
- Where required, measure variations and compare quantities to original BOQs.
- Utilise software provided to accurate calculate quantities and produce effective
- marked up plans for on- site staff.
- Stay up to date with developments in measurement software.
- Visit oversea offices from time to time to meet and learn from headquarter staffs.
