Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, design, development, implement coordination and delivery of learning programs in support of company strategies and individual Professional Development, through a variety of delivery methods including eLearning
  • Coordinate, facilitate and deliver training programs and group discussions on various topics
  • Design, deliver and evaluate instructor led training and development solutions to enhance leadership, managerial and professional staff effectiveness
  • Prepare communications and announcements for learning programs
  • Provide guidance for employees regarding long-term role and career development to ensure they have tools, resources, support, and training required to enhance their job performance and advance their careers
  • Ensure individual development plans are followed-up and appropriate individual performance assessment is created
  • Create and deliver talent development and employee engagement programs
  • Partner with Recruitment Team on recruitment and manage Career Development Planning process
  • Communicate with and manage vendor relationships for external providers

Requirement:

  • MBA /BA degree
  • 5 years experience, in a learning and development role educating adult learners
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, presentation ability and high persuasive competency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good planning skill, ability to plan and develop scripts for training, and create eLearning courses
  • Consulting and listening skills
  • Advanced facilitation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Set up business plan and discuss with HQ and Savina BOD to select right product lineup & product positioning for new business year
  • Analyze competitive landscape to set up margin structure and dealer incentive scheme on regular basis (monthly or quarterly) with consensus from Finance, Accounting, Sales based on clear understanding of HQ and BOD’s direction
  • Manage Profit and Loss base on doing the simulation plan for periods of time
