• Response to Incident/Request and provide solution as 1 and 2nd tier support

• Manage and Support all local network devices at THIV.

• Troubleshoot computer software and hardware issues and make repairs.

• Analyze and Diagnose issue related to Organization network.

• Perform Preventive Maintenance task for critical network devices.

• Manage Inventory System and maintain all IT Asset.

• Control, Manage and Create Change Request that align with INDG policy

• Support Network Specialist to upgrade IT Network firmware and version
