Quality supplier (Improve supplier performance by deploying Company Supplier Quality Management)

+ Manage QMS of supplier.

• Build audit program, Implement regular audit on QMS system.
• Review control plan, process of all products that are shipped to Company and Company’s customer.
• Review status of non-conformities of system, products.

+ Monitor supplier performance.
